Eren POV:

I've fully healed from my injuries, it's been 2 weeks and I have another 2 weeks to train for the fight

I thought I recognised the younger brother of Chestibor, his name is Dragslav Sokolov

He's a year younger than me and I recognised him because he's fighting Armin who competes in the U9- U13s Cruiserweight division (90-95lbs)

Armin has been doing well, he started a little while after me and also won the Shiganshina title but in the weight division below me

His record is currently (3KOs) 11-1-0

Whilst the younger Sokolov is also a national fighter, a little bit smaller than me but still bigger than Armin

Armin has been said to be a prodigy in the boxing game

Not a knockout artist like me and he isn't a brutal killer

His ring IQ and sheer intellectual brilliance aids him in picking his opponents apart and destroying their confidence and hope for attack

His punch power is average at best but his cardio is unrivalled, along with his sharp reflexes and quick regeneration between rounds

His only loss came by way of TKO in his first bout

He was up on all the judges score cards, 20-18 going into the third round but got caught with a lucky shot

The bomb rocked him and he took an enslaught

The first assault changed him for the rest of the fight as he was knocked down a further six times before the ref put an end to it

Since then, Armin has never lost a round, with all 3 of his knockouts coming in the second round, that means he's undefeated in 28 rounds

In his last two fights his opponents only managed to hit him 7 times, between the two of them

In 18 minutes collectively they only landed 7 shots, that's barely 1 hit every 2 and a half minutes

When he won the championship he almost matched the record for the least amount of fights before an amateur title

He entered the tournament (1KO) 3-1-0, by far the underdog

However, he won and left the tournament with a record of (3KOs) 9-1-0

Shocking everyone

The only person to beat him was Levi Ackerman who won his first title with a record of (8KOs) 8-0-0

The person Armin is fighting is practically opposite to him in style

His swings are unintelligible but they're fast, strong and accurate

Like his brother he has a paper thin temper and is roided up to fuck

He makes my anger issues look like a slight inconvenience

His brother being a year younger has less experience but they're practically identical in style

His record is (11 KOs) 24-1-0

His only loss coming from an opponent who was 3 years older than him and 7 inches taller at the time

This was also a few years ago so he's been undefeated for a while

Although he's roided out, I think Armin's got this

When he gets hit, he gets back up and, like me, he keeps moving forward

He's a tactical genius and has even shown me up a few times in light sparring

His technical prowess is something to behold, he's picked apart people who are in the U14- U17 category, in sparring of course

I just keep moving forward Where stories live. Discover now
