Levi: "Right Jaeger, I'm just perfecting your training routine for the coming months before camp. Go do a quick warm up on the machine. I'd say an easy marathon should warm you up" (Levi orders)

7:15am:
I hopped off the running machine and chugged on my water
I then stretched my muscles and walked into Levi's office
Levi: "Right kid, I'm gonna push you as you've been inactive for a while"
Levi: "Look at this" (He says as he turns the computer screen towards me)

I change into my running equipment and head into the gym
I complete an hour of jumping jacks to warm up, stretching before and after
I step outside into the crisp, early morning January air
I set off to run my double marathon (84km) (52.5miles)
I plug my wireless earphones into my ears and listen to my music
I begin running, I put everything out of my mind and focus on my next fight
I need all this preparation to compete in the Olympics
