3 years later:
As I finish shaving the ridiculous goatee that had grown on my face, I begin tying my hair in it's usual bun
I step back and look at my self in the mirror
I'm now 19, with a 10 pack and 6'0 (183cm) tall
I begin to look back at what I've accomplished
Would 10 year old Eren be proud?
After winning the National Title back in 2014, I partied for a straight month
Me and Mikasa had a pregnancy scare (at 16), lucky there's not a mini me running around right now. Although, it did give me a spurt of extra determination where I beat Falco Grice by 2nd round knockout, that felt good
I then beat Max again the year after, by 3rd round knockout to keep my title
Shadis then retired from coaching, serves him right
Last time I heard, he'd moved to Trost
He lives by himself after his wife died
I went to the funeral and we spoke
He apologised for what he did, saying I was only a kid and he just wanted the glory he couldn't get
I told him I forgive him but I will never forget the pain he put me through
In 2016, I entered the Senior category for the first time
Winning the light Heavyweight title in June. Only just, I was losing for the whole fight until I knocked him out in the third
As well as this, me and Annie started talking again
We ended on bad terms but kept in contact whilst I was still dealing with the Shadis situation
After I went with Levi, we didn't really speak. The occasional hello in school and the odd like on Instagram but that was it
We spoke and smoothed things out
She said she had begun missing me but, well at that time I was already in a relationship with Mikasa (it had been a year at that point, now it's 2)
She understood and wished me the best of luck
My mum was overjoyed when she found out me and Mikasa were dating, she couldn't believe it
After a few fights, I got a sponsor and was able to buy myself a nice car
Its an all black Mercedes C Class, nothing overly expensive but its flashy enough
I'm still in the amateurs as Levi wants me to make up for the time I missed out
The several months off from nearly quitting, and then my injury when I was 15
I injured my ankle again in 2016 but it wasn't as bad. I still had to take a couple of months out though
I've been selected for the 2018 Olympics squad for Paradis next year
The Olympics starts a month after the title fight so I'll be straight back to training after that
As well as this, some of the people I fought and knew in the amateurs are now pros:
