✮°✦°✮°✦°✮°✦°✮°✦°✮THURSDAY, A DAY BEFORE EXAMS.
Surprisingly, you weren't nervous. Since you have to take exams personally at school, whenever you were in Tokyo, you would just take the helicopter the management let's you borrow or the one from some of your rich acquaintances in Tokyo. They would drop you off in a vacant field near the school and then leave then after a few hours, they'll come back to pick you up. The exhaustion from those kind of trips was always so stressful.
Now was somehow a whole new experience for you but you weren't nervous at all. In fact, you were more nervous for your 'students'. You always believed that 'A good teacher makes a good student.' and since you were their teacher, it would be your fault if they didn't passed the exam.
Fuck it, they're gonna ace it right? I know they will, I taught them more than what would probably appear on the test so they'll be fine right?
"Hey."
You glanced at guy who held your hand and gave him a small smile.
You were at the gym since practice was earlier today because of their shortened class hours due to the exams. And since you were the first one to arrived, you were the one who had to open up the gym. Your bodyguards arranged everything though and they didn't made you help them even if you wanted to. Since you don't attend classes, you usually were always the one who would open the gym and then you let your bodyguards fix everything before they could even go and do their duty outside the gym.
I should probably give them a bonus when Christmas comes.
Surprisingly and unexpectedly, Kageyama's class ended earlier than the others, making him the earliest one to arrive from the boys and other than you. He immediately seated beside you when he saw you sitting alone on the bench while watching the guards setting everything up.
He was already in his practice clothes, probably took a shower before he entered the gym. Kageyama knew you would be early today, that's why he studied so hard and was able to finish all his exams earlier than the actual end time. A small smirk was on his face as he stared into your eyes lovingly.
Ah, I also have to think about this.
"Tobio, are you sure you didn't cut class just because I already taught you what your teacher was supposed to teach today?" You again asked him, raising an eyebrow at him
Kageyama's eyes widened with the question as he waved both of his hands in front of your face, "Hey, of course not! I would never do that." He denied.
"Really?" You teased, tilting your head to the side and pulling your hand away from his. Kageyama nodded, "I swear." He said, raising his right hand, making you laugh but not whole-heartedly nor was the laugh genuine.
Nothing, not much butterflies.
"Tobio, I wanna ask you something." You said in a serious tone. He looked at you curiously, "I'm scared but okay." He said, chuckling a little.
You hung your head low as you placed both of your interlocked hands on top of your closed but slightly trembling lap, "What if... what if I don't have the same feelings you have for me?" You said, still looking down and playing with your fingers.
Kageyama didn't react nor even said a word, making you more nervous. His silence was nerve-wrecking. The atmosphere suddenly felt heavier, enough to suffocate you, figuratively.
You were the type of person that is always a step ahead of things because you don't want anyone to get hurt in the process. And you knew, if you don't tell him this now, he'll get his hopes up and he will get hurt and you don't want to hurt him or anyone.
