His house was a little messy but in a sweet way. After he shut the door behind me he hurried around picking up random things in the floor and chucking them in drawers. I giggled at his desperation to look neat.
"Your cafe was so organized when I've been I thought that you were a neat freak. I hope you're not bothered by the mess, I'll clean it up while you set up if you want." He offered but I shook my head.
"It's fine, I'll only be in the kitchen and I'll be cleaning as I go. You're fine." I patted him on the shoulders, searching for the kitchen. It wasn't in a dreadful state. I could handle it for sure.
Harry still insisted on tidying up so I let him do whatever while I got started. His kitchen was a medium size, it fit everything I needed it to.
"Are you doing okay?" He came up behind me a hugged me after he had finished his cleaning. I gasped a little.
"Yeah I'm great." I told the complete truth. While he was cleaning we were able to maintain a stable conversation. He was surprisingly easy to open up to.
He started to help me prepare the vegetables.
"Can you make the boys tell me what kind of steaks they want? Like rare of medium or whatever. Just so I know what order to cook them in." I told him. He wrote down their name and then what they would have wanted. I looked over the list quickly and then started preparing things for the cake.
I had just finished measuring out all the ingredients when I heard some voices outside.
"I think we might have some company." I winked at Harry who went to open the door. JJ and Simon came in with a bottle of wine. They gave him a bro group hug and came in. They slumped on his couch and whooped when they saw me.
"Ayo getting in!" JJ clapped enthusiastically at me. I couldn't help but smirk.
"JJ shut up." Harry muttered awkwardly.
"No no it's okay," I waved away the comment and walked up to Harry. He looked at me in confusion and I shushed him. I planted a passionate kiss on his lips. JJ went mental and Simon's laugh in support echoed through Harry's house.
"What are you- woah!" Ethan exclaimed when he came in with the rest of them. I let go of HArry at their entrance, giving a fake apology and going back to baking.
