The boys had packed most of their things to go on Lunar holiday with their families for a few days. Which meant Jake, Niki and I would be left at the dorm. We didn't really mind and had all planned out what we would do in the few days.

"Heeseung can I have a word with you?" our manager had turned up at the dorm to see the boys off for the few days.

"What'd I do?" Heeseung questioned in confusion as he looked up from his bags.

"Edin too," our manager stated and I immediately kenw what it was about.

"Should I... bring the papers?" I questioned and he immediately nodded.

I quickly rushed to the bedroom and grabbed my papers before rushing to the kitchen, where I had seen Heeseung and our manager rush to.

"What is it?" Heeseung seemed quite scared by the sudden small meeting.

"I think it's best Edin explains," our manager stated and I gave him a small nod before pulling out my papers.

"You know I went to get some papers verified at the embassy," I stated and he just nodded at me, "and that is because... according to the birth certificate my mom sent me, I am not born December 31st, 2002."

"You're not what now?" Heeseung widenes his eyes at me.

"According to the papers and the official records of me I am born April 13th, 2003," I let out a small breath and handed him the paper.

"May I come in?" Jay spoke up from the kitchen door as we all turned to him, "it's about Hana's birthday, right?"

"Mhm," I hummed at him and he quickly stepped in and closed the door behind him.

"I know too. I saw the paper," Jay excused before walking over beside Heeseung and looked down at the paper.

"So apparently Edin's mom has committed fraud about her birthday, which means that technically Edin is still underage and we'll have to enlongate your guardianship of her," our manager explained to Heeseung who just hesitantly looked up from the paper in his hands.

"And you knew nothing of this?" Heeseung turned to me.

"As far as I know I've always celebrated my birthday the 31st," I nodded to him.

"It doesn't end there, does it?" our manager pointed out and I shook my head at him.

"The documents and laws I've been working under in England said that not only was I born December 31st, 2002, but I was also born in Seoul, which would put me under the Korean aging system when looking at what kind of work I was allowed to work in England," I explained and the boys both nodded, "so with each year I aged in England, I advanced by two years in what amount of work I was allowed to do in the circus. But apparently I was born in Bath."

"This means that when Edin has been say... five in international age, she was allowed to work the amount of hours and physical amount that a seven year old would have, according to the special circus laws that there is in England... am I right?" our manager turned to me as I just nodded, "it might not have been a big difference there was between the two, but it's still, quite major."

"A working difference of two hours per year up till the age of fourteen," I pointed out and he just nodded.

"So that would mean, how many hours would you work at the age of six?" our manager spoke.

"The system counted from age five and up, as that is when you would be allowed to start training. I would've been three at that time since I went under the Korean age," I explained and he just nodded at me, "so when I started training at three I was allowed to train two hours a day, and once I turned four it was four hours a day, five was six hours a day and so it continued up," I explained and he nodded at me.

"That would end you on what? How many hours?" Jay questioned.

"18," I replied.

"And that would mean you worked 18 hours a day at the age of 12," Heeseung stated and I nodded at him, "and that is illegal."

"Oh, it's bad," Jay patted Heeseung's shoulder.

"Hold on, I'm confused. I get why I'll still have to be her guardian with all this, but the rest I don't get why I have to know," Heeseung stated.

"Because Edin will have to file a lawsuit at some point, and if she decides to do so in this year, you will have to sign the lawsuit to confirm that it can follow through," our manager pointed out making Heeseung widden his eyes before he looked to me.

"I don't know if I'll sue," I assured him.

"Problem just is, that if it is discovered that the documents handed in to the government when she searched for working permission, apparently at the age of three, the blame will be put on Edin and she will end in a lawsuit against her," our manager explained, "so she will have to file it before it gets public, so that she will have a chance of not having to pay a fine or possibly end in jail."

"But she did nothing wrong," Jay pointed out.

"But it's my documents," I pointed out to him.

"That is... I'm sorry to say, but it's bullshit," Jay let out a flustered laugh.

"Alright, I'll sign the guardian papers," Heeseung nodded before looking to our manager before looking to me, "and you and me are going to have a talk when I get back. We need to figure out whether or not you're going through with the lawsuit."

"And in that case we're lucky enough that Edin won't have to be at any of the court days except for the sentencing," our manager nodded at us before getting the guardian contract out from his files and handed it to Heeseung along with a pen.

"This is a mess," Jay let out a small laugh as Heeseung signed the papers.

"Does Sunghoon know?" Heeseung questioned and glanced up at me as I shook my head, "you need to tell him."

"I need to figure out with the lawsuit first," I shook my head at him.

"You're gonna have to tell him," Heeseung pointed out and handed the contract back to our manager, "you'll need him to know before any of the other boys."

"I know," I nodded at him.

"And now I really have to go if I don't want to miss my train," Heeseung excused himself from the kitchen before rushing out of the door.

"File a lawsuit... I don't even have money for a lawyer," I muttered in realization.

"The company provides a lawyer, all you have to worry about is filing the actual lawsuit," our manager pointed out and placed the file back under his arm, "that is in case you decide to actually sue your mom. I'll leave now, may you all have a nice holiday."

With that our manager left and I just stared after him in shock as Sunoo and Sunghoon came running down towards the kitchen.

"We're going now!" Sunoo beamed at Jay and I as I just nodded at him.

"I should get going too," Jay realized before turning to me, "don't think about it in your holiday, we'll have some time once we get back again, before we start working."

"I know," I nodded at him making the two other boys look at us with weird looks on their faces.

"Right, hyung we should say goodbye and let the lovers say goodbye," Sunoo urged and tugged on Jay's arm.

"Have a nice holiday~" I cooed after the two as Sunoo forcefully dragged Jay out of the kitchen, making me let out a small laugh at them.
