"Sabihin mo lang sa akin, aliann kristen kung kailangan mo ng doctor. Kanina kapa naka tulala d'yan.."

Napakurap ako at bumalik sa huwisyo. I gulped and looked away from my tita's gaze. I fake my cough. "S-sorry po.." I apologize, at mahina ang aking boses.

She sighed. "I'm always here iha. You can tell me those problems of yours. Kailan may, mananatili ako sa tabi mo" she said.

I smiled at her. "I'm really okay tita. May iniisip lang po ako.."

"Paniguraduhin mong hindi lalaki 'yan. Huwag mong sasabihin sa akin na heart broken ka ha! Naku naku, delekado ma inlove.."

I stopped for a second's. "How about you tita? Wala kang planong mag asawa o mag boyfriend man lang? You're just in your 40's" saad ko, this is actually true, I'm just curious.

She gave me a quick glance and back to what she was doing. "I'm too old to find my true love iha, kung mayroon naman. I'm so busy at work, sa tingin mo mag kakaroon pa ako ng the one ko?" She chuckled while shaking her head. "I don't want to waste my time with bullshits, nag sayang lang ako ng oras sa maling tao. Sanay na ako mag isa sa buhay ko iha.."

Hinain niya ang kaniyabg niluluto sa lamesa matapos iluto iyon. I could see how happy she was saying her line. Pero, ayos lang din sa akin kung sa ganyan niyang edad ay makakapag asawa pa siya.

She faced me. "Kaya ikaw. Invest your time with someone that makes you feel appreciated and even on your worst days, that's real love iha."

I smiled at her and nodded happily. That's why I love my tita so much. I'm willing to take care of her in my whole life. She has been my mother in those years.

"Tita?"

She glanced at me. "Yes?"

I looked down at the table, my heart raced inside of my chest. "T-there's.. a guy, he said that he's interested with me."

Her brow raised a bit, waiting me to speak uo again. "Gusto mo ba siya?"

I bit my lower lip. "W-well, he's good looking po.. but I don't really know him so well. Then he said na he's interested to me" i hesitate to tell her.

She hummed. "Then if you like him, then take your time to know him. Kung talagang gusto ka niya, at gagawin niya ang lahat. Pero, kung hindi mo siya gusto. Then go straight him to the point."

I sighed deeply.

"Is he a law student?" She asked.

I nodded slowly.

She sighed. "I knew it. Kung sana lang ay hindi mo narinig 'yon nung bata kapa. You're so young back then, and you heard it. Pero, matagal na iyon iha. Hindi lahat ng mga tao ay katulad nung hayop na 'yon.." tita said.

Suddenly I felt an ache on my chest. I smiled at her, painfully.

She smiled at me, softly. "Don't hold your feelings iha. Huwag mong pigilan na mag mahal. Pero, huwag mo ring hahayaan na masasaktan ka lang din. Sige ka, kapag mapili ka, matutulad ka sa akin.."

I stared at her with amusement. "Kanina lang sabi mo huwag akong ma inlove ah!"

She shook her head. "Ang sabi ko, delekado ang pag ibig at mahirap masaktan. Yun ang ibigsabihin ko" she defend.

Humalikipkip ako. "Okay po 'ta. Thank you so much!" She nodded at me.

"I bought you a marshmallow, aki.." liam said at me, habang hawak hawak ang dalawang plastik ng marshmallow.
