No POV...
The man breathes heavily as he runs through the halls of the central building. He has news. Important news that his leader would love to know about.
He slams through the doors of what they call the Great Hall and stumbles.
Unknown: Sir! Sir.
He comes to the foot of the throne at the back. His leader sits atop it.
Leader: Calm down. What's wrong?
Unknown: More soldiers. Americans.
Leader: Americans. Have they finally come?
Unknown: We believe so. Scouts saw three men and a woman. Two of them matched the descriptions from-
His Leader: Good. Let him know. How close are they?
Unknown: We don't know, but they can't be far from here. Any minute they may infiltrate.
Leader: Let them come. Don't look for them. Our hound has been waiting many years for this.
Doors at the back of the room open, and someone new comes in—a massive man who would fit the description of a giant.
Leader: Someone else came to get you.
Unknown 2: Where are they?
His accent is thicker and full of hatred.
Leader: Patience. They will come to us.
Unknown 2: You!
He points to the messenger.
Unknown 2: No one touches those two. You capture them alive if you can. I doubt you will be capable, but inform everyone.
Unknown: Y-y-yes, sir.
The giant cackles.
Unknown 2: Hahaha! Are you scared of me?
Unknown: Yes, sir.
He cackles more.
Unknown 2: Do as I ask, and you will be fine.
He smiles.
Unknown 2: Kill one of them, and I will find much enjoyment in your slow and painful demise.
The man takes a slow step back. A few seconds later, he takes another one. Then he runs back out through the doors he came.
Leader: You didn't need to scare him.
Unknown 2: It is so fun, though. Watching the puny ones run is so funny.
He cackles yet again.
Leader: Have you disposed of the machine?
Unknown 2: Yes. But when they see me, they will know that we had one.
Leader: That's quite alright. Just make sure you deal with them before they can tell their superiors.
Unknown 2: Oh, I am going to deal with them. I will make them watch as I torture them one at a time for days... I have been waiting too long for this.
