Nightmare

~Varian's POV~

~in the dream~

I turned the corner and hid behind the wall as 2 guards ran past me.

"Where could the runt have gone?" One of the guards asked

"I dont know, Search the throne room, i got the Flower Vault" The other guard answered, I saw them both nod and they ran in opposite directions. Once the coast was clear, I ran.

As i was running, I heard footsteps behind me, they were also running, I turned my head and saw Eugene, He did not look happy.

He tried to tackle me, but i dodged him, I turned the corner and saw Cass standing there with guards and their swords were drawn

I backed away and bumped into eugene who was now standing behind me, I saw Rapunzel walk over.

"Rapunzel, what is going on? Why is everyone chasing me?" I asked Rapunzel

She just ignored my question

"Eugene, You and guards take Varian down to the cells" Rapunzel commanded

Eugene began to drag me down to the cells, No matter how much i struggled, He was in fact stronger then me, which is no suprise.

And half an hour later, I was chained up in a cell.

What did i do that was so bad!?! Ive been in prison before but chains are only for the really bad criminals, and even though i kidnapped a princess and almost destroyed the kingdom, i never got chains throughout my whole stay.

I looked around the cell, it was a single cell, and noone was in it.

After a couple of minutes, i heard the cell open.

"He is one of the most dangerous criminals, i would be careful" The guard said

"Ummm Hello? We have known varian for weeks, We know he is dangerous" I heard a familiar voice say, I looked up and saw Nuru, Yong, and Hugo.

The guard left and The 3 of them walked over to me and sat in front of me.

"I dont understand why you would do that Varian, I thought you were good" Nuru commented

"I dont even know what i did" I said

"Dont talk to us like that" Yong said

"What did i say? All im saying is that i dont know whats going on, or why my friends are being weird or why im in chains, I dont know whats going on!" I yelled

"Why are we even here if your gonna keep being rude, let's just go, He doesnt deserve out help" Hugo said.

All 3 of my friends nodded and they left the cell.

Tears streamed down my face and i broke into sobs, I dont understand whats going on or why everyone is leaving me.

~End of dream~

I sat up and i was sweating a lot, i looked around and i was still in the forest, and My friends, They were all sleeping as well.

I stood up from my sleeping bag and walked over to the campfire, i sat down on the log near it and just stared into the fire.

That dream felt so real, is it a vision of something to come or just a nightmare, i hope its just a nightmare and not something to come, i cant bare to lose everyone.

"Your up late" I heard someone say as they sat beside me

I turned and saw Hugo sitting beside m

"O-Oh, Yeah, just stayed up late, No other reason" I said, Clearly lying

"Yeah, im not an idiot, you went to bed the same time as us, whats wrong goggles?" Hugo asked

I looked up at him and i hugged him tightly, I felt tears streaming down my face, but i didnt bother to wipe them away. I felt Hugo hug me back, and he was rubbing my back

"Hey, its gonna be alright, what happened?" Hugo asked

"Its pretty stupid actually, i just had an extremely bad nightmare, pretty dumb right" I said as i broke the hug

"What was the nightmare about?" Hugo asked as he rubbed my tears away

"All 3 of us were in corona, and i was being chased by my friends, then i got captured and you guys showed up and then you guys kept saying i was being rude And......It just hurt a lot" I explained

Hugo looked at me, He then grabbed my chin, I looked up at him and i blushed a lot as i stared into his eyes, He pulled me into a kiss.

The kiss felt absolutely amazing.

After the kiss broke, Hugo pulled me over to the sleeping bags and he layed back down in his, I blushed a lot as he pulled me onto his chest, i smiled and layed my head down.

I gave into sleep not long after
