Varian's POV

It has been a few days since Rapunzel has found out about hugo, and nothing bad has happened, im just waitting for Hugo to come back from his next heist, and his last one, ive finally convinced him to stop stealing, which by the way, Took hours, but he finally cracked and agreed.

I was knocked out of my thought when i was pinned to the wall, I looked up and saw Hugo had pinned me, My face went extremely red, "Hey sweetheart, Did ya miss me?" He asked, I nodded, i then looked up into his eyes, wrapped my arms around his neck, and connected our lips, i closed my eyes, and just let time around me freeze. I did however hear footsteps for a few seconds, then the stopped, then retreated the other way, but im sure that was nothing more then a couple of the villagers who didnt wanna see 2 teenagers kissing in an alleyway.

Rapunzels POV

I was sitting the throne room with my husband Eugene, as i was talking to him, i saw Stan and Pete walk in, "Stan, Pete, how is the process of Capturing the kingdom thief?" I asked them as they walked over, but they both seem nervous, "Something wrong?" Eugene asked, Pete nodded, "While we were chasing the thief, We found something out, The thief and Varian seem to be in a romantic relationship" he said. "But thats impossible, if Varian was to be in relations with this thief, im sure he would have turned him, are you sure it was the thief that Varian is with?" Eugene asked, "well the thief had blond hair, With his back bottom part shaved and his top back part in tiny pony tail with bangs in the front, He had a dark green cloak on, covering the rest of his clothes, and we could tell it was the thief because he was still had the thing he stole in his hand" Stan explained, Me and Eugene were both in shock, Varian was dating the Kingdom thief, "were gonna have to talk varian about this" i said as i stood up

Varian's POV

I was working in my lab at the castle, just conducting another experiment, Hugo was with me as well, and he was playing his Violin, the songs he wrote, the music he played, it always seemed to help me, When he finished playing his song, I smiled, walked over and gave him a quick kiss, "Alright babe, You can take a break from playing" i said, "Oh thank Goodness, My arm was starting to hurt" Hugo said as he stood up from his chair, i smiled and walked back over to my table to continue working, Until i heard a knock on the door, I walked over and opened it, and was met with Rapunzel, Eugene, and Lance, "Hey Varian, Can we talk outside for a sec?" Rapunzel asked, "Sure" i said, as i stepped out of the room and closed the door,

"So what did you wanna talk about?" I asked, Rapunzel went on to explain how Hugo is the kingdom thief, Lets just say, The whole ordeal ended in an argument.

~Time skip~

I was Looking for hugo around the kingdom, after what happened at the castle, he just Dissappeared, he wasnt in the castle, and I cant find him in the village, As i was looking around, i saw Pete take down a poster of Hugo, I then heard someone yell my name, I ran to where i heard the yell and i saw hugo in the back of one of the cage carts "Hugo!" I yelled as i ran over, he explained how he got caught, Tears streamed down my face "this is all my fault, i should have never brought you to the palace" i said, Hugo put his hand on my cheek, and wiped my tears away, His smile always comforted me.

Then the cart started moving, Hugo smiled at me one last time.....i fell to my knees in tears

Did i just lose my boyfriend
