-friday-
I don't know how early it is but compared to how I fell asleep, my body felt lighter. I turned to my left to face Riven only, he wasn't actually there. Aisha walked in, "So, lover boy gone then?" stunned, I looked at her and she rose her eyebrows at me, instantly letting me know she knew about us.
"Not here apparently," I was kind of confused, why did he just leave. "Okay well you're gonna be late if you don't get up, even Stella's back." aha great, day of plants, herbs, and whatever Dowling has for us today. I nodded and she left the room so I could get dressed.
I just wore a pair of black Jean shorts and a blue hoodie because I really don't care what I look like right now. Plus it was meant to be sunny today so I put on a cropped tee underneath. Brushing my teeth quickly, I then met the girls in the living room, ready to go get breakfast.
We went down to the cafeteria and all sat at our table with out food. I tried looking around for Riven because a lot was said last night and I just wanted to make sure he didn't regret it. But all of the second years had left for classes already.
Beatrix was across the room with Dane and a few others, she shot me a smile and I smiled back. Having her in my life and knowing her gave me some comfort in the idea that I had some of my real family left. Real or not, my parents were still my parents, that wouldn't change.
Breakfast finished and we had a change in timetables. Now on fridays, we only had 2 lessons which is amazing because it's only 2 hours and we are done. Compared to Monday to Thursday's, 5 hours.
The classes here lasted for a much shorter amount of time because there were less which was honestly a God send.
We made our way to Ms Dowling's class and we just got to practice our own magic. I hadn't used it in any type of action yet, kind of boring. But there were still the burned ones, and the one that got Silva was still out. Maybe even more still were.
I did wonder about that, how many were there. If there was one that would be fine, kill and Silva's fine but they haven't killed it yet. How long till they find it and will it be in time to save him? So many questions, baring in mind I knew nothing about any of this only a few weeks ago. Now I am completely emerged into this world and am apparently a main factor to it.
Dowling's lesson went by quicly with me being consumed by my own, sometimes pointless, thoughts about absolutely anything and everything.
I just had one more lesson to get through and then the day was done.Aisha had the next class with me and Musa went off to her own. It was mainly just a lesson about plant and mixtures, but once again my thoughts got the best of me.
We weren't made to do much it was mainly just an observing lesson today and so my thoughts were now on Riven.
After this lesson we are all going to meet up and the specialists training grounds because no one will be there and it's a nice place to chill out. It would be me, Aisha and Musa going to meet Flora, Dane, Stella and Sky.
I would have to face him after last night but surely nothing has changed. I hope he still feels the same way he did last night because if not, then I am the world's biggest fool.
Aisha had somewhat dozed off surprisingly so when the bell went she jolted up so quickly I literally gasped. She laughed at my reaction and then we met up with Musa to head to the training grounds.
As we approached I saw Dane standing alongside Beatrix and I of course was perfectly fine with it but the look on Flora's face pained me. They were good together I must admit but I felt bad for Flora.
"Hey!" I said walking closer and heading over to Flora giving her a hug first. We were all gathered around and Riven was standing opposite me with Beatrix and Dane.
