A scene comes up where the girl rejects the guy and you groaned, "Ughh seriously? with a man like that?! wheeww.. no doubt that I'd let him touch me like that." you accidentally blurted out. Your eyes widened once you said it.
You act like nothing happened; letting the awkward silence linger for a moment. From the corner of your eye, you saw him in the midst of taking a sip of his drink until he heard your statement and paused.
