CONCEPT:  You're having dinner with your boyfriend and his best friend. Your boyfriend was one of JK's best friends (Mingyu from 17) but you and Jk have had a 'thing' going on behind closed doors. Jk can't take it anymore and is tired of all the lies. So once Mingyu leaves them alone, JK tells you how ready he is to risk his friendship and expose himself just to be with you but you weren't on that same level of readiness quite yet.

Mingyu excuses himself from the table and goes outside to take an important phone call; telling you guys that he'll be back in a bit.

You watch him leave the room and go into the backyard and as soon as he slides the glass door shut, Jungkook breaks the silence.

"So when are you going to tell him?" He asks eagerly while aggressively playing with the food on his plate.

"Tell him what? That I've been cheating on him with his best friend?!"

He drops his utensils and puts his full attention on you. "Yeah, and then tell him how much better I am in bed."

You kick him under the table and he just scoffs. "Y/N, Tell him before I tell him first!!"

"Jungkook NO!"

"I can't sit here watching you act like you love him!"

"And who says I don't?!"

"You're full of shit Y/N."

"Excuse me?!"

"You're fooling yourself if you think he's the one for you."

"Stop trying to manipulate me."

You began to panic as you realized how loud your bickering was getting.
"Could you please lower down your voice?!?!!"

"Just tell me you love me and I'll shut up."

"No, because I don't!"

"Then what was all that that goes on behind closed doors huh? What were we doing? What ARE we doing? What do you want from me if you don't love me Y/N?!"

"I... I don't know.. Maybe we were both just lonely and—"

"BULLSHIT!! All the things we've said to each other... You can't tell me you were never once real with me! You can't just sit here and tell me that every kiss was fake? That within every single thing we did, you never felt anything?!"

"Could you please just calm down and be more quiet?! He's going to hear us!!"

Jungkook runs his hands through his hair in frustration. You hated seeing him so frustrated like this. You hated the situation you guys were in. All this time, even though you both knew how wrong it was, you couldn't help but notice how right it always felt; no matter how much guilt there was, you always found your ways coming back to each other. Each and every single time.
Everyday was a conflict between your heart and your mind. You couldn't just forget about Jungkook but you couldn't just let go of Mingyu either.
You loved them both... however there is definitely one you loved more than the other.
