Flashback

"Mom! Mom! She's rolling over!"

The woman rushes in, her father right behind her holding a camera.

"Roll, roll, roll," the three of them begin to chant, watching the chubby baby attempt to move her body.

After a good 2 minutes, the baby gives up, and the boy groans, sitting with his legs crossed in front of her.

"When's she gonna do something, Mom?" he whines, and chuckling, the mother brushes his hair away from his forehead, a soft smile on her face.

"Patience, ok? She'll turn over soon, and before you know it, she'll be up on her feet and talking your ear off." The man looked over his family, a proud grin on his face, and him and his wife walk away back into the kitchen, as the teenage boy lifts the little girl into his arms.

"I'm going to be the best brother I can for you, ok? I can't wait to get to know you, my little Nebula."

"Boo!" I shouted, hanging upside down beside Lila.

"AHH!" She clutched her heart, jumping sideways, and closed her eyes shut, breathing heavily. Ned clasped a hand over his mouth, fighting back his laughs, and I clutched my stomach, rolling in the air.

"YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE LOOK ON YOUR FACE!" I said, snorting, and she glared at me.

Peter was hiding in one of the pillar conjunctions above, and I signaled for him to come down.

He landed behind her, tapping on her shoulder, and she turned around before screaming again.

"YO-YOUR SPIDER-MAN!" Yes, obviously. Stupid.

I smirked, and Peter took his mask off.

"Um about that-" He said sheepishly, and silence ensued before a loud scream filled the air, making me wince.

"PETER PARKER?!!!"

She stumbled back, and I caught her, laughing. Sitting on the ground, she just kind of looked at us both in awe as I rocked on my heels, attempting to stop my grin.

"You guys are trying to give me a heart attack, I swear to god!" I take a step back as Lila gets up, and snort.

"Surprise?" Peter jazz hands at her, and she rolls her eyes.

"At least you didn't almost kill me with an icicle." Giving me a pointed look, I smile lightly, and Peter looks at me like I'm crazy.

"Star! You almost killed her?!" Putting my hands up in surrender, I shrug, feeling giddy.
