AS LOLA JAMES FILLED up angry customers mugs with boiling hot coffee, she had to try and dodge the rubble falling from the ceiling as Tom and his crew redid the apartment upstairs. Not that Lola was complaining, she just didn't feel like playing 'everywhere is lava' at seven in the morning.

Filling up the coffee pots, she groaned in frustration as she dodged another piece of ceiling. Jess came out of nowhere, holding a coffee pot in his right hand and an umbrella in his left. Opening up the umbrella, he held it over Lola's head and handed it to her. Laughing, she took it. Jess smiled at the sight of her happy. Luke, however, didn't find it as hilarious.

"Oh, you are really funny. You and Tom should put an act together." Luke yelled at the two laughing teens.

Tania had been invited to spend a weekend at a fancy spa with Lorelai and her mother, Emily. Lorelai and Tania were friends, so Lorelai thought it would be a good idea to invite her to avoid her mother for the weekend.

The James family and the Gilmore family was waiting for Emily's arrival, so that the mother's could leave and enjoy a nice relaxing weekend.

"Hello, hello, hello!" Emily greeted everyone as she pulled into the James driveway in a black limousine.

"What, are we going to the prom?" Lorelai asked, grabbing her bags from the front porch.

"This is so cool!" Tania exclaimed, admiring the vehicle.

"I just thought since this weekend is all about relaxing, we should start with the ride." Emily beamed, happy with the compliments she got on her choice of car.

"This is cool, Grandma." Rory smiled.

"Thank you, Rory. So, are we all ready to go?"

"I guess so, Miss Daisy. Bye sweets." Lorelai turned to Rory and planted a kiss on her forehead before getting into the car.

"Bye guys, don't burn the house down." Tania said to Luka and Lola. They waved as she got into the car, and her bags were taken from her by the driver.

"Bye. Bye Grandma." Rory waved.

"Goodbye Rory."

"Have a good time." Luka smiled at his mom and Lorelai.

"Bikers and lowlifes." Lorelai pointed to Rory.

"We'll get right on it." Rory nodded. The limo drove away, leaving the three teens standing on the front porch.

"Okay, I'm going over to Jasmine's house, I'll be back tomorrow." Luka told the girls. Jasmine had been his girlfriend for the past three years, and she lived only five minutes away from the James's.

After Lola and Rory placed a huge order of Indian food at Sandeep's, Lorelai called Rory to complain about her mother, and after that call, the two heard a knocking sound at the door, which couldn't have been the food because the only ordered that less than five minutes ago. Rory opened the door to find Paris standing on Lola's front porch with binders in her arms.
