A/N: A short ballad I wrote for our two lovely characters

They met when one was new to the world,
They met when the other's mind swirled,
They met in an alleyway,
A new adventure for the two unfurled.
The boy told his friend what his name meant,
His friend gave him in exchange a lucky cent,
They told him to keep his heart away from his mind,
And with that he felt content.
The boy was finally living up to what he could be,
Tried everything to help to some degree,
His friend admired from afar,
As they watched him finally feel free.
The two finally understood what is a friend,
They found someone who could depend,
With every struggle they went through,
They'll keep each other the same to the end.
The two tried their best to bring peace,
They continued to hope evil will cease,
Because of the now years they've spent,
This is the ballad of [Name] and Elise.
