"Bekah! Wake up we're going to be late!" Robert had been up for an hour now and he was waiting for his sister to wake up but that seemed unlikely now at this point. He wasn't going to barge into her room and wake her up, no they weren't like that.

Robert gathered his school materials and put them in his ancient bookbag "Sorry I-I couldn't sleep last night." Robert jumped as he looked towards the kitchen where Bekah now stood. How did she get past him without him knowing?

"It's cool Becks, I've gotta get there a few minutes early to prepare for the tour with the new kid." Robert informed her and she sighs "Let me just get dressed and all." Bekah disappeared into her bedroom once more and Robert sat back on the couch that was tearing apart.

Robert hated that Bekah had a life like this. It was harder on the twins, they had to work harder in school and at their job just to be able to make it in this world. Whereas other kids where just dancing around in school and not needing to worry about paying rent, bills, buying clothes at the Goodwill because they can't afford to waste money on clothes when they need to buy food.

Or, the fact both kids had to work harder to earn scholarships, and this is Bekah's last year to try for a sport and secretly she has been practicing two separate possibilities.

"Hello? Are you ready?" Bekah snapped her fingers in front of her twins face and he looked up "Yeah, come on." Robert had gotten so deep in thought he hadn't heard his sister come out to the living room after getting ready.

Both teenagers walked out of the apartment and Bekah locked the door before they continued their walk to the highschool they attended.

But as soon as they stepped through those glass doors to the highschool they went on their separate ways. Bekah went off with Amelia and Robert went to his locker where James the football captain met him at his side to give him the game plan for practice and to walk him to first class.

James didn't understand Robert, he's apart of the football team, he is the best player they got and he has the best personality to make friends. Yet, Robert hadn't made any move to try and make best friends with any of the football team.

But, James has a plan to change that this senior year.

"My man Robert!" The football team rushed at the young man who suddenly looked like a deer in headlights as the team grabbed him up and ran out to the football field where James stood patiently.

"What just happened to your brother?" Amelia laughed as she locked arms with Bekah as Robert had looked back at his twin with pleading eyes but scowled as he realized she didn't try to help but instead smiled and waved.

"Those football boys are up to something." Bekah giggled as she walked towards her locker with her best friend "Are you ready for try outs today?" Amelia asks as her and Bekah would be trying out together for both items Bekah has worked hard on.

"Yeah, I think. I gotta go ask Mrs. Heckber a question, I will be right back." Bekah shut her locker and went straight towards the main office and stopped in her tracks as she saw Devon yet again.

"I can't change your partner. Robert Huntsman has to guide you today, he's the only student who was accommodated for this." Mrs. Heckber explained as Devon looked defeated.

"Can a teacher show me around? A staff member? Someone else other than him?" Devon was grasping for another answer but he wasn't getting one.

"No, I'm sorry. Bekah, please join us. Mr. Clarkson seems nervous to be meeting your twin brother today." Mrs. Heckber noticed her arrival and beckoned her over in which she complied.

"Robert is a nice guy, no need to be nervous." Bekah avoided eye contact as she smiled towards Mrs. Heckber "Right, thanks." Devon nodded his head.

"Ms. Huntsman would you be a dear and show Devon to his locker before taking him to Robert?"

"Um... Yeah, I can."
