The crowd was roaring, the stands packed with people in football merchandise and face paint covering their faces. It was fairly warm out tonight, the bright lights lit up the football field making sure you could see it for miles away.

Bekah stood by the door peaking out to see the roaring crowd of people who cheering on Fern Valley's arrival.

"And playing for home tonight is Lincoln Ville High!" The announcer yelled out and the crowd lit up even more as the doors opened wide.

The cheerleaders ran out doing exotic flips and cartwheels as the football players trailed behind them getting into position.

"You got this Robert!" Bekah encouraged and she saw her brother flash a smile of appreciation as he jogged onto the field into position.

The game started quickly, and there was no denying that Fern Valley was playing rough already. Bekah stood by the football players as Bianca coordinated the cheer squad to rally up the players.

"Think they'll win?" Bekah turned around and smiled at Amelia.

"Thought you weren't coming?" Amelia chuckled "I wasn't going to, but I wanted to see our kick off play for the beginning of the year. I still can't believe coach let them do this." Amelia watched the players fight over a ball and Bekah smiled.

"It took a lot of talking from Robert and James. And then a lot of summer practice. But when Fern Valley heard about the kick off game, shit. They joined in." Bekah stood there watching number 45.

Robert.

She feared he would get hurt and she never wanted that to happen.

The crowd behind her was roaring and cheering, the voices of fans trying to direct the game were slightly drowned out by the others cheering and screaming- they wouldn't have a voice tomorrow.

Bekah handed out small cups of water to the players on the sideline as she watched the game play out "Bekah, sit." The quiet football player known as Antonio slid over allowing her to sit.

"Thank you." He nodded his head as he pointed to Robert.

"He's on a mission to whoop their ass. Your brother is really skilled. Has he thought about going pro?" She shook her head "He doesn't really like football." Antonio sighed.

"I know he wants into college, but he has a talent. But I understand"

The half time kicked in and Robert jogged over to his sister tearing his helmet off "You're doing great!" She cheered and he smiled.

"Thank you. How's the sidelines?' she groaned "Boring, but I get to cheer you on so." The twins shared a smile as cups of water were handed out.

"Alright boys, huddle in!" James hollered.

"Bekah get your ass in here!" James tugged her into their huddle and he looked around.

"Fern Valley is playing rough again tonight, but that won't scare us. We can play rough too, but don't hurt yourselves. Bekah brought to my attention that we can play rough and although I normally am against it, tonight is the night to kick off our year so let's do it right." James coached as he put his hand in the middle and everyone followed including Bekah.

"Hike!" They all yelled out as they took the remainder of half time to plan our their game.

"What's the plan?" Amelia fished for details and Bekah smiled "To play rough with them." Amelia grinned madly as the game picked back up.

Lincoln Ville High was in the lead and everything was going smoothly for the night.

"Shit!"

"Move!"

"Someone grab her!"

"Get her out of the way!"

"Oh my god!"

The air filled with screams as two players struggled off of the field and straight into the sidelines- straight in Bekah.

"Bekah!" Robert screamed through his helmet and as she turned around she had crashed into the ground as the two players tumbled into her.
