As the twins dragged their feet up the stairs towards their apartment there they found Bianca, sitting on the floor tapping the screen on her phone "Hey you guys." Bianca rose to her feet as the twins approached her "Hey, how long have you been here?" Robert asked as he dug the keys out of his pocket and unlocked the front door."Not too long." Bianca stepped into the apartment after Bekah and Robert shutting the door gently.
"What's the news?" Bekah asked as she walked towards the fridge to get something to drink "Is Robert-?"
"I know the plan and I am in." Robert answered as he propped himself up onto the counter top "Okay then, awesome. Anyways they found some new evidence apparently." Bekah held her hand out offering a bottle of water to Bianca who took it with a small smile.
"Like? Murder weapon or something?" Robert questioned leaning forward and resting his hands on the edge of the counter top "Like shoe prints but it gets weird as my dad said." Bekah raised an eyebrow as the twins shared a look before looking back at Bianca "Why does it get weird?" Bekah questioned.
"They were smaller than Harrison's. Apparently male shoes but smaller in size." Bianca replied confusing the twins "Wait that would have to mean that the suspect was potentially shorter than Harrison right?" Bekah bit down on her bottom lip and Bianca nods "That's what my dad said when I asked the same thing Becks, which would automatically rule out Devon because he was definitely taller than Harrison." Robert sighed heavily.
"Or they killer just had baby feet?" Robert tossed out the idea making both girls look at him with their eyebrows raised "Okay, definitely a shorter male killer." Robert restated making the girls share a smile.
"Do you know the exact size?" Robert then questioned making Bianca shake her head "No, sorry I asked but he wouldn't disclose that. Said it could be used to find the killer and they need to keep it on the down low or hushed as he said." Bianca answered.
"Then let's go find the shoe print." Robert offered up.
"That would mean going into a crime scene." Bekah points out "They should be done with it though, right Bianca? Which would give us access to it." Bianca had a slight worried look in her eyes as she bit down on her bottom lip.
"They aren't done with the crime scene, since the shoe prints they are hoping there is more." Robert let out a scoff as he slouched back once his idea was blown up "But.." Bianca looked uneasy as she continued grasping the attention of Robert once more.
"There is a way to get in and not leave any evidence of us behind." Bianca admitted "How so?" Bianca crossed her arms as she leaned against the counter "It got hot enough the past couple of days to dry up the muddy ground over there, so we could go tonight and sneak in to look around." Bekah stared at her friend and shook her head.
"You seem against this." Bekah pointed out knowing she wouldn't allow Bianca do this if she didn't want to "A little bit, I am not a thrill seeker. But, it's for a good cause so we're going tonight then." Bianca shoved all doubts and worries away as she answered back.
"Are you sure?" Robert suddenly felt the same conscience he believed his twin has.
"100%, so do you guys flashlights?" Bianca looked at the twins who shrugged "Uh.. I don't think so?" Bekah questioned it more than she stated it causing Bianca to sigh "We can use our phones?" Robert offered up another 'genius plan'.
"That can work I guess, got any black clothes?" Robert scoffed before staring at Bianca "Sorry, that is all you ever really wear. Becks?" Bekah looked up and nodded "Can I borrow some?" The question made Bekah nod her head again before leading Bianca to her room.
