Niyonika: How did she got drunk?

Her voice was stern as she looked at the four standing infront of her. Manik had already made Nandini sleep in their room and now they were here with him glancing at their room's door from time to time.

While sensing the anger in her voice, Manik opened his mouth to say something but realized even he didn't know how she got drunk.

He was so worried when he couldn't find her anywhere, and when he found her, she looked so adorable that he didn't mind asking them.

However, seeing him silent Cabir came forward.

Cabir: I don't know, Mom. Bhabhi was looking irritated when she came to us. She didn't say anything and gulped the glass of wine-

Manik: By m-mistake!

Manik interuppted Cabir in between and ended up looking down as Raj passed him a stern glare.

Raj: So irresponsible!

Mukti: Dad, it was our mistake. I, Navya bhabhi and Sia were teasing bhabhi and she got irritated. Bhai didn't do anything, infact he wasn't even ready to leave her alone, it was us who pleaded him.

This time, Mukti defended Manik who looked at the other side not knowing what to say while Navya and Cabir agreed with Mukti

Niyonika: Whatever it was, you all will get punished!

Manik: Maa, Nandini's not at fault-

Raj: Who's punishing her? We are talking about you four!

Their eyes widen in shock as they all glanced at each other before looking back at Niyonika and Raj who burst out laughing confusing them.

Niyonika: Raj, I guess we should stop it.

Raj: Yes, just look at their faces!

Manik: Maa?

Niyonika: Manik, we know Nandini. She doesn't drink and mistakes happen.

She explained calmly and Manik sighed in relief that his parents weren't angry with Nandini.

Raj: But that doesn't mean you let this happen again and again, okay?

He warned sternly making Manik nod his head. He looked back at their room's door and heard everyone chuckling. He smiled sheepishly before turning to his mother who nodded at him and as soon as she did, he ran to his room making them laugh out loud.

Manik and Nandini's Room

Entering inside their room, Manik had expected Nandini to be sleeping but to his surprise she was nowhere to be seen. The bedsheet was crumbled on the floor, and he was sure she has stumbled upon it. Worried, he called out for her and in return heard shuffling sounds from the closet.

He frowned and walked to the closet only to find her standing there with her back facing the door. However, it wasn't what left him surprised, it was the white shirt she was wearing, which in actual was his.
