Health and Care Hospital, Nandini's Cabin

Nandini entered inside her cabin with a tiring face. The fifteen days leave has surely made her lazy and it was difficult to get into the daily routine in a single day.

She sat on her chair and drank the glass of water kept there.

She was laying there closing her eyes when she heard her phone ringing. She sighed and with closed eyes picked it up.

Nandini: Hello, Doctor Nandini Malhotra Speaking!

Manik, who was on the other side smiled hearing her addressing herself as a Malhotra.

Manik: Hmm so Doctor Nandini Malhotra, Can I get your Appointment.

Nandini recognized his voice instantly but to confirm it she checked it twice.

Nandini: Manik! Aap?

Manik: (leaning back onto his chair) Ji Mai!

She blushed at his tone and he smiled knowing it.

Manik: (softly) Tired?

Nandini: very much!

Manik smiled and continued.

Manik: Don't stress yourself much.

Nandini: How can I be free Manik? There is a lot of work!

Manik: Okay, leave it. Tell me did you have your lunch?

Nandini looked down as she still hasn't. She was so busy with patients that she didn't get time. And than the another doctor has to leave urgently so her work increased.

Nandini: Voh..Bas I was going to do..

Manik: (stern) At 4'o Clock?

Nandini: Voh..Manik

Manik: Have your lunch! (after a pause) Now!

Saying this he cut the call and Nandini sighed. She was going to keep the phone on the table but it rang again and this time it was a video call from Manik.

She picked up the call and both looked at each other's messy state.

Manik: have your lunch!

His tone was strict and Nandini knew he was not going to budge so she called a peon and asked him get her lunch.

Than she had her lunch while talking to Manik. After she was done Manik bid her bye as he was getting late for a meeting while Nandini resumed her work.

It was around 7 when Nandini's phone rang again. She smiled beautifully seeing his name and picked it up.

Nandini: Hello Manik!

Manik: (smiling) Hi, Are you done for today?

Nandini: Yes I just got free now

Manik: cool, I am waiting outside. Come soon!

Nandini: What!? Outside? Wait I am coming.

She picked up her belongings and left the hospital after informing at the reception.

As she came out she saw Manik standing there leaning onto his car.

She took some fast steps and reached near him.
