An Arrange Marri...
This time Nandini was the first one to wake up. She felt herself in Manik's arm and today instead of shying away she snuggled more in him.
Due to so much movement Manik's sleep broke but he didn't open his eyes.
After five minutes he felt her entire weight on him and soon she sat back on her seat. She was actually picking up his mobile from the side table.
Nandini: (to herself) I will play games before Manik wakes up. Once he woke up, he won't let me. (mimicking him) Nandini, your eyesight will get weak! (in her voice) Huh...Monster!
Manik controlled his laughter and pulled her shocking her.
Manik: Subah subah pati ki burai?
He asked in a sleepy tone and she bite her tongue knowing she is caught.
To cover it up she laughed loudly making him chuckle.
Manik: What's the time?
Nandini: (looking at the clock) 11
Manik: Hmmm...do you want to go out?
Nandini: Ummm...No
And in a reflex Manik came on top of her sandwiching her between the bed and himself.
Manik: So what do you want to do Mam?
She looked at him and then thought for a second.
Nandini: Let's know each other. Let's play games.
Manik nodded and kissed her forehead.
Manik: As you say
He stood up from her and than they both freshened up.
Nandini decided to go with a simple night suit since they were not going out.
They ordered food for themselves and had it within minutes.
After getting free they sat on the bed and looked at each other.
Manik: Ughh! I was right. You doctors don't know any fun.
She made a bad face and he laughed.
Manik: Let me think. Let's stare in each other's eyes and see who blinks first. The one that lasts win! Okay?
Nandini nodded and they took their positions.
They both kept looking at each other until Nandini noticed with how much passion he was looking at her. She blushed making him smile and in this she blinked her eyes.
Manik: And I won!
Nandini: Ugh...voh toh by luck.
Manik: Acha ji...by luck..wait let me tell you
Saying this he started tickling her. Her laugh Echoed in the whole room and g one point he stopped and they stared at each other.
