"But I would" Alex laughed at the blonde boy, she placed her head on his shoulder as she breathed out "you know, I was hoping this year would be normal for once in my life, I guess the universe had other plans"

"Yeah..." Sky put his arm around Alex's shoulders as he pulled her close, when he noticed what he did Sky started freaking out

'Shit! my body moved on its own. Okay. Act chill, you just put her arms around her shoulder it's nothing...' Sky talked to himself in his head and as Alex was a mind fairy, she could hear it all

Alex laughed faintly while Sky's cheeks quickly heated up remembering her abilities 'fuck' and with that Alex laughed even harder

"I'm sorry" he tried to apologize but Alex kept laughing as she shook her head, Sky joined Alex and started laughing too. After the two had stopped laughing Sky had a big smile on his face as he looked down at the brunette next to him who happened to be yawning, however to Sky she had never been so beautiful

"You tired?" Sky asked tucking a hair strand that had fallen on Alex's face behind her ear, "yeah," Sky could see that the day had taken a hard toll on Alex, it was obvious by the bags under her eyes and the way she wasn't as energetic as she normally was. Sky was about to say something when he noticed that Alex had fallen asleep on his shoulder, she looked so calm yet so troubled

Sky gently tucked Alex under the covers and as he was about to scoot over to the other side of the bed to give her some space she lightly gripped Sky's arm mentioning for him to stay near, the blonde boy laughed softly at Alex's behavior and moved closer to her wrapping his arms around her waist pulling, Alex's small body closer to him as her back pressed against his chest. Sky felt Alex's body relax against his which made his heart skip a beat.

His brain was screaming at Sky as he wondered what in the world he was doing, he had known Alex for about a week and yet it seemed like he had known her forever, he felt like she belonged right there in his arms, but as his brain shouted at Sky, his body somehow knew that was where he was supposed to be, not with Stella, not with any other girl at Alfea, but with Alex.

And as Sky was in deep thought Alex lightly stirred in her sleep, she moved around for a bit until her hands found their way to Sky's, which were still placed on her waist, intertwining their fingers.

"How are you doing this Alex? You're going to drive me insane..." Sky whispered to Alex's sleepy state

But little did Sky know Alex was fully awake when he said and she heard everything he had just said leaving her smiling and off to a peaceful night, or that what she thought at least.
