"Alex..." Sky spoke up, Alex opened her eyes moving her head away from the wall to look at Sky as tears threatened to fall but she didn't let them, she had to seem strong in front of everyone because if things went south she would the heir and future queen of one of the most powerful realms in the other world, even if this meant putting her walls up with Sky

"Oh, hey Sky, sorry about that, just resting my eyes. Having five roommates can be... stressful" Alex lied standing up as she laughed it off, and even if Alex was a pretty good liar, Sky could see right through her.

He didn't say anything instead, Sky took a few steps forward and brought Alex into a hug but she didn't react, Alex wanted, no, she needed to be strong.

"It's okay Alex, I'm here for you, just... let me in" 

"Sky, I don't know- I'm fine, I..."

"Please" Sky begged, hugging her tighter. She didn't know what it was about Sky that made her feel so safe, a feeling she had never felt before, and yet it didn't scare her because even if Sky was still somewhat of a stranger to Alex, she weirdly felt like she could trust him.

Alex gave in hugging Sky back despite not letting her tears fall, "I'm scared Sky, I really am" Alex's spoke up as her voice broke

"I know Alex, so am I, but I'm here, we have each other"

Sky pulled away from the hug placing his hands on Alex's cheeks before he leaned in to kiss her forehead, the brunette girl smiled at the small action that made her heart skip a beat. Alex sighed softly before intertwining her hand with Sky's as they started to walk away towards the cafeteria as none of them had had lunch

Alex returned to her dorm in a brighter mood, she was extremely worried for Nate but Sky made things easier, he was the only one who knew what she was going through making it more comfortable to talk to him about her feelings. The young girl entered her dorm just in time to hear Terra shout from somewhere in the suit 

"Does anyone know to do a good cat's eye?" 

Alex walked towards the source of the voice with Aisha and Bloom just to find Terra standing in front of the mirror, her makeup all smudged as if she had cried "what in the..." Alex muttered confused at the display in front of her

"Oh..." Bloom said feeling bad for Terra

"I've done, like, 50 tutorials and this is what I get. What does Huda Kattan have that I don't?"

"Talent" Aisha answered

"Style," Bloom said

"Millions of followers" Alex chimed in as Terra sat down and Bloom and Aisha started taking her makeup off

"Why are none of you getting ready for the party?"

"Uh, I've gotta study," Aisha said

"I hate parties" Alex shrugged

"I have a full..." Bloom added

"Cool. I don't care. You must come. I need full suite support" Terra said in a desperate voice and as she finished her sentence there was a knock on the bathroom door.
