Chapter 25

After flying around for a bit, we stopped in the foggy water, far away from the city. Harumi looked at the ship, "Is this...where we will be living?"

"Just until we know you're safe," Lloyd answered.

"Don't you have a headquarters?"

Lloyd shook his head, "It's too in the open. The Sons of Garmadon will be looking for you. We'll need to keep moving."

Lloyd and Harumi then climbed up the ladder to the bridge. Cole leaned back on the rail, "So, Harumi, looks like we're gonna be...roomies for awhile."

I rolled my eyes and groaned.

Harumi looked at all of us with a smile, "You have all been so gracious to take me in since our palace was....taken away. And--"

Jay broke the tension, "You're safe with us."

"That assumption is not entirely justified, Jay," Zane countered. "We know very little about the Sons of Garmadon's full capabilities."

Kai spoke, "We know nothing about them. Period."

"I bet one person does," I commented under my breath. No one heard me thankfully. 

"We do know they're after the three Oni Masks," Nya turned on the computer to show the masks. Unfortunately, they already have two of them."

"Pixal scanned everywhere for the third mask, but it came up empty. It's as if it.....never existed." While Zane was talking, Lloyd and Harumi walked up to us, smiling. It sickened me. 

Lloyd stopped smiling, "Then we need to focus on who's giving the orders. A group this organized must have a leader." Lloyd, she's right in front of her! I know she is! Evil is radiating of off her! But no, you're under her spell of her 'beauty'. More like her beauty is disgusting. 

"Maybe someone from our past?" Jay thought aloud. 

Harumi spoke, "Uh, forgive me, but is that....underwear?"

Jay took it with embarrassment on his face, "We're usually more organized--" A smirk grew on my face while he clears his throat, "--but our leader got lost in a time-stream." That's when my smirk fell. "Uh, they're Cole's."

Cole got mad, "They're blue!"

Kai laughed, "You're lucky they're not yellow." Lloyd and Harumi looked at Kai with a weird look.

"What about the suspect captured at the heist in Borg Tower?" Nya changed subjects. "I can stay behind with Harumi if you wanna press him on who he works for?"

Pixal came through, "The police have him in custody, but he has refused to talk. He is set for release today."

"Then if Johnny Law can't get him to talk....perhaps Johnny Ninja can?" There was an awkward silence. 

Lloyd looked at me, "Sis, you stay here, too."

I gave him a flabbergasted look, "The fuck I will not!"

Lloyd gave me a death glare, "You are not coming with us, you stay here."

I laughed, "Yeah, right. If I am not welcomed, then I am going somewhere where I am." I gave him a death glare. Before he got a chance to say anything, I teleported to  Speedy's place. I opened the door, "I am going to hit someone!" 

Speedy jumped when he saw me, "What the hell, Shadow! You scared the shit out of me. I'm literally going to have a heart attack one day!"

I sat on the couch, "I'm sorry I came unannounced, but I am irritated with my brother."
