Chapter 21

"Thanks for the food,  Speedy." 

He smiled at me, "Of course, Gloomy. Anything for a buddy of mine."

I stretched, "I think we should go walk around a bit more. I need to walk off all of this food I just ate."

"Of course. Where would you like to go?"

I shook my head, "I don't even know myself."

He stood up, "Well, let's see where the wind takes us, yes?"

I got up and followed him outside. We walked around a bit, looking at all the attractions that you could see if Ninjago. We soon went back to his place, us just chilling on the couch. After awhile, Turner fell asleep while I was still awake

I got on my phone and went to my pictures. I saw many pictures of me and Cole, which cause me to feel sad. I love him still, so only seeing these pictures hurt even more. I went to messages and pulled up Cole's. The last thing we both said to each other was 'I love you'. That was just the day before, too. I took a deep breath, trying to hold the tears back. My heart ached. It missed being with the one I truly loved. 

I closed my eyes and went into my memory realm. I thought of Morro, him appearing in front of me, "Shadow...?"

I weakly smiled, "Hey, Morro."

He walked up to me slowly, "Are you okay?"

I sighed, "No, not really."

"What happened?"

I bit my lip, tears threatening to spill, "I broke up with Cole out of anger from him and the others. My heart aches for him. I'm hurting and I miss him. It's only been 4 hours since I broke up with him, but it feels like eternity."

He wrapped an arm around me, "What did you say?" 

I used my magic, pulling up the memory.

"No, how about this? How about I tell you all how stupid you are for not believing me in the first place! I told you the Hands of Time battle and the Twins were real! I've been telling you since the beginning but you guys never listened. Wanna know why the hell Dr. Saunders didn't say shit? It's because he's Krux! He wanted to make sure we didn't know it was real so he could surprise us in the fucking end! And just you damn wait, guys, Krux and Acronix is coming and I will not be helping you guys out. You guys are idiots to the core. And you, Cole, I'm very disappointed in you. I'm your damn girlfriend for Heavens sake! Shouldn't you at least try to listen to me and try to figure out the facts first? But, it's too late. I'm done with you all and especially done with you. It's over. See you guys."

I then closed the memory, tears falling, "It was just pure anger. I'm really really annoyed with them and myself. I get angry so easily to the point where I can't even stand myself."

"Why don't you try talking to him, Shadow?" Morro asked.

I looked away from him, "B-because....I'm too scared..."

He gave me a little smile, "Here, hand me your phone."

I opened my phone and handed it to him, "Here."

He opened the message app and went to Cole's messages. He type, 'Hey, Cole.....I need to talk to you. It is about what happened earlier. I just wanted to explain myself. I'm sorry...' "Hm, how's that?"

I raised a brow, "Uh, I will think about it."

He shrugged his shoulders, "Good enough for me. But, you might want to go back to the regular world. I think your friend is going to wake up soon."
