This afternoon, we all got on a bus, heading to Yang's haunted temple. I was sitting next to Cole, holding his hand. I wouldn't say I'm scared to go to this temple, I just didn't want to. I mean, I already knows Airjitzu, so what's the harm in me not going? Oh, that's right. I'm part of the team. They don't know that I know it. And, for that reason, I got dragged along!

Cole looked down at me, "Are you okay?"

I gave a small laugh, "Yeah, why?"

He looked down at our hands, "Cause your nails are digging into my skin."

I loosened my grip, "Oh, I'm sorry. I guess I'm just a little nervous."

"How come?"

"Because. We're going into a haunted temple. I'm not scared for the dark or ghosts, I'm scared on what he is going to do. As Sensei Yang is the homeowner, and him and his minions are stuck inside, I don't want to think what he could do to us."

He raised a brow, "How do you know that?"

I groaned, "He's my grandfather, Cole. Am I not allowed to know about him? And besides, he seemed like a good person until I heard stories about what happens in the temple."

"What happens?"

I brushed my thumb several times over Coles hand, "I'm pretty sure the tour guide, Patty, will tell you the rumours."

He nodded, "Okay."

I laid my head in Coles shoulder, his head resting on mine. The Ninja knew that we were dating, as they asked us this morning, after we were holding hands this morning before leaving. I mean, I didn't care. Nor did Cole. If people wanted to know, they they will know.

We arrived to the temple, us piling off the bus. We gathered around Patty, her giving us a speech on the Haunted Temple, "Welcome to Yang's Haunted Temple, the historical landmark and former home of Sensei Yang, the notorious Sensei without a pupil, infamous for creating the lost martial art of Airjitzu. Unfortunately, we can't take our tour groups inside, for rumours say anyone trapped inside its walls at sunrise, will be turned into a ghost permanently. But, if you listen closely, maybe we'll be able to hear the ghost of Sensei Yang himself looking for his lost pupils."

We were all quiet until Zane spoke, us wincing at how loud his was, "I hope it's not a rumour, for its our only hope."

Cole grabbed my hand after seeing me wince, "Ah, sorry about my loud friend. He's a little hard of hearing."

She gave us a dirty look. Rude bitch. You're lucky I don't hit you, "Know for his un-" she cleared her throat, "—usual teaching methods."

"I thought you said you fixed him?" Kai asked.

Jay gave an awkward laugh, "At least he's no longer talking backwards. I guess my tinkering got his volume level stuck, hehe."

"At least you can hear me now!" Zane yelled once again, causing everyone to wince once more.

Patty gritted her teeth, "Dating back, Ahem, to the Edo period..."

"Well, from now on," Cole started, "only speak if you have something really important to say."

Kai gave Cole a look, "Who put you in charge?"

"I did. After you guys mucked it up, it's my turn to be in charge. And, like me, I like my plans simple. We sneak in, learn Airjitzu from the Ghost if Sensei Yang, then get out before sunup."
