Chapter 19

Today is the day.

Today is the day where I kick Turners, Nya, Zane, and Lloyd's ass. My teammates, Cole, Kai, and Jay, will be winning this thing.

Turner and I made a bet whoever loses, has to pay for lunch. I was totally going to win. We agreed on the Ninjago Buffet, which has TONS of food to choose from, so I don't want to spend my money there. Not like it'll matter since I'm kinda rich. But, I personally don't like to flaunt my riches like some people.

I saw Cole still sleeping so I decided to annoy him. I got on top of him, poking him, him not budging. I then poked his face and he scrunched up his nose, which caused me to giggle, "Cole, get upppppp. We have to get readyyyyy."

He opened his eyes, revealing those bright Hazel eyes I fell in love with, "You're lucky you're hot. I wanted to sleep more."

"Welp, you're not doing that. We have to get dressed."

He grabbed my waist, "Whats the fun in that when I just just undress you right now?"

My face heated up, "Cole, not now."

He pulled me down, kissing me, "Fine, but you owe me."

I smiled while kissing him, "Sure."

We got up and got ready. I took a quick shower, changed my clothes, and dried my hair. I put it up in a ponytail, showing how serious I was. I was wearing a black shirt, black joggers, and full black Nike shoes. I was grabbed a black hoodie, just in case it was cold.

Everyone was dressed in all black and Sensei eyed us all weird, "Should I even bother to ask why you are all dressed up in black?"

Lloyd laughed, "We're all going Lazer tagging today."

My mother nodded her head, "I'm just glad you guys are getting some fun in while we have this break."

Nya said, "I'm just ready to beat Jay and my brother."

Kai rolled his eyes, "Please, you're going down."

Jay agreed, "Oh, yeah you are."

I smirked, "I can't wait to see Lloyd lose."

He had a single laugh, "Ha! You're the one that's losing."

Cole chuckled, "Ready to lose, Zane?"

Zane smiled, "Youre the one that losing, Cole."

My mother laughed, "Calm down, guys. You don't need everyone to fight now. Save that for the game."

We all laughed and enjoyed our breakfast. We then all brushed our teeth and met Turner at the place.

I got right in front of him, "You and your team are going down, Speedy."

He looked down at me with a devilish smile, "You can think that, Gloomy,  but my team will win."

I rolled my eyes and looked at everyone, "Here are some rules. No using powers of any kind. You are to not continuously hit the same person over and over. If I see anyone if you doing that, you're out. Disqualified. You'll also be the person paying for everyone at the Buffet, so keep that in mind. Like their rules, there will be no running. Stay hidden and try to win. Or in Turner's case, lose." I smirked while he rolled his eyes, "Are you guys ready?"

Everyone got excited and yelled, "Yes!"

We all went into the room and put on our vests, holding the guns. I winked at Turner, him smiling.

We all went in and had 30 seconds to hide.

Soon, the alarm went off, telling us to go. I silently walked and saw my brother. I smirked and shot him, him looking behind him, but I hid. I walked away and saw a ya. I hit her and quickly hid. I then saw Cole and waved to him, him giving me a gentle nod.
