I can't wait to start my life with Cole. I made sure to tell him that we can be official when all of this stuff was over and calm. Just so I can get my brother that, as that is what I want to focus on. He said it is fine, and I'm happy.
We ended up staying awake, just to make sure we didn't miss our stop. I was never the one to sleep easily. Cole and I were both light sleepers. We just watched the sky pass by, along with other things.
Soon, we made it to Stiix.
I used my magic and hit them all with it, causing them all to jump up.
"What was that, for?" Jay complained.
"Awww, I was in a good dreammmm." Kai shook his head.
"I don't think that was nice." Zane commented.
I rolled my eyes, "I don't care. We're here so either you guys stay on the train and go bye, or get your lazy asses up and get off like we are."
Cole and I jumped off the train, the others following. We walked into the place and I covered my mouth, my body threatening to throw up its contents. Damn, I am glad I don't live here. This place is gross.
There was a fisherman that looked at us, "Welcome to Stiix. Watch your step." He then looked at his pole that was tugging away from him, "Oh, I caught one!" He kept fiddling with it, "It's a big fella. Ugh, woah. Woah!" He then got pulled into the sea, "Ugh. Dagnabbit."
We were walking when Kai nervously sitting on the dock, "I didn't know you were afraid of heights."
Literally flies a dragon in the sky. He's not afraid of heights. Be smart, Jay. Damn.
Kai nervously looked at Jay, "I'm fine with heights. It's water I hate."
"Didn't seem to have a problem before." I rolled my eyes.
Kai then looked at me, "Before I could make a Fire Dragon at will. Since Morro's taken over Lloyd and our powers gone, I haven't felt—Ahh!" A plank then fell underneath him. We really need to get onto safer ground. Oh wait, we can't. THIS WHOLE PLACE IS A MESS!
And not to mention, he brought up Lloyd again, so I'm in a pissy state once more.
Cole then helps Kai up, "Well, now that we know Ghosts don't like water either, at least we should feel safe surrounded by it."
Jay covered his nose, "Ugh, what a dump. You'd think the thief who stole the Scroll if Airjitzu would have better taste."
Ha! A thief having good taste!? That was hilarious, Jay.
Cole rolled his eyes, "Uh, this is Ronin we're talking about. He'd steal the sea if it were worth anything. We just have to figure out which rock he's under and get to the scroll before Morro does."
Zane agreed, "Let's split up and start looking."
We all looked around and then we stumbled upon a pawn shop. If Ronin is a thief, then he has to be here. No one in this island is going to have this much shit.
We started to poke around for a bit, me looking at all the stuff. I pick something up, seeing that it was sharp on the edges. I thought to myself. This must be mined from the sea, it's made of deep stone. So, this must be nice for getting rid of ghosts.
Cole spoke up, filling up the silence, "Wait a minute, this is my dads Blade cup trophy. What's it doing in a pawn shop?"
Kai stifled a laugh, "Selling stolen goods? Ha, sounds like we might have stumbled on the right place."
