Amelia's POV- November 2020
"You don't have to stay up," I told Gavin when he suddenly sat up.

His head had been bobbing up and down for the last 10 minutes as he tried to fight off the drowsiness.

"They're almost here, I can wait"

I smiled as he leaned on me and practically melted onto me.

"Of course you can" I stated.

He hummed, leaning his head on my shoulder,

"I can"

I kissed his cheek and reached for my phone when it started ringing.

"Hello," I greeted.

"Hey, we're outside"

"Be right out" I told her.

"No, it's cold. Stay inside, but wear a jacket"

"Will do, bye" I responded.

I ended the call and kissed Gavin's temple,

"You can meet her tomorrow" I answered.

He shook his head and pushed himself off me. 

"I'm awake, I can meet her"

I watched with amusement as he stood up, only to fall back to the bed.

'Help?"

I stood up and made my way around the bed to help him slip the hoodie on.

"I'm not meeting her on my own"

So that's why.

"Let's go" I told him after I grabbed my sherpa jacket.

He followed me out, and I slipped on my jacket as we walked to the front. The floodlights were on, so I could perfectly see Andrea and Drew's figures walking over. Once she was inside, I waited for her to be completely inside to greet her with a tight hug.

"Oh, I missed your hugs"

She squeezed me one last time before placing her hands on my shoulders.

"Let me take a good look at you"

I smiled at her as she stepped back.

"A lot has changed" I noted.

I was almost 30lbs lighter.

"You look healthy though"

She gently pinched my cheek before stepping back.

"Drewski" I greeted when I saw my nephew.

He offered me a timid smile.

"Nina"

"You're so tall" I gushed as I gathered him in my arms.

I kissed his cheek before pulling away.

"How have you been?" I asked.

He shrugged,

"Bored"

That made sense,

"I brought some gear"

He continued,

"Maybe you can shoot at me?"

I smiled,

"Of course" I answered.

I glanced at Gavin and did a double-take as he stared at Andrea with slightly wide eyes. 

"Uh, Lia"

"Yes?" I wondered.
