Chapter 33

                               River's POV

A year later I woke up with this weird feeling.
You know that feeling when you're asleep the feeling you should wake up? Well I had that. I woke up and saw Cody with a pissed off look. He's been alpha for a week and he's already angry?

"What's wrong?"

He threw his phone on the bed.

"What the fuck did you do to me?"

"Huh?"

I picked up his phone. My eyes widened. There was a photo of a private message between me and Kyler. Someone said it was "leaked" this is clearly fake.

"Cody this isn't real."

"WHAT THE HELL RIVER!"

"Cody please calm down."

"WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO ME?!"

"Please just look at my phone. It's fake!"

"HOW DO I KNOW THAT? HUH? HOW DO I KNOW YOU DIDN'T DELETE IT?!"

"Please stop yelling at me."

"GET AWAY FROM ME! NOW!"

I got up and left the room. He slammed the door in my face.

"Cody please. Let me explain!"

"GO TO FUCKING HELL! I HATE YOU!"

My heart broke into a million pieces.

"You hate me?"

"YES! GET THE HELL AWAY FROM ME!"

"Okay... I love you..."

I walked to my room. I shut the door then laid down. I put my face in my pillow.

"River? What's wrong?"

"Cody said he hates me!"

"He did what?"

"There's a fake private message between me and Kyler. Cody doesn't believe me. He kicked me out of our room. The door was slammed in my face. Gabrielle help!"

"Jacob I'm gonna kill him."

"I'll talk to him."

"He kept yelling at me. I tried to talk to him calmly. His voice got louder."

"CODY YOU FUCKED UP!"

"I told him to look at my phone. He said "how do I know it's fake? You could've deleted it." Gab I have Kyler blocked."

I felt my back being rubbed.

"I FUCKING HATE HER! GO AWAY!"

"AH! NO!"

Gabrielle shut my door.

"Can you go check on Onyx?"

"Sure. I'll be right back."

"River? Why is Cody yelling?"

Delilah came over and sat next to me.

"Someone faked something and he won't believe me. He keeps saying he hates me Delilah."

"He doesn't hate you."

"How do I know this?"

I sat up. Delilah put her arm around me while my head went on her shoulder.

"He should not be the reason you're crying."

"Help me. I didn't do anything."

"CODY JON STOP YELLING! STOP SAYING YOU HATE HER!"
