Third Person POV

It was a bright and sunny day in New Ninjago City. Everything was peaceful and quiet. Some villagers had already started putting up Valentine's Day decorations, since the holiday was two days away. For once, there wasn't any trouble awaiting them today. The only possible problem could be easily solved with a simple confession.

Well,who said confessions were simple?

Even though most people would say that you should be brave and confess,that was not what a certain blonde was thinking now. Lloyd had spent the past 15 minutes lying on his bed,doing his best to muffle his embarrassed screams. He kept looking back at the text that his friend (and crush) sent him earlier; 'see you soon.'

Even though the blonde himself was the one who had asked Kai to meet him in the park later, he was still just as nervous as ever. One of the biggest reasons why was why he asked to meet up in the first place;he was planning to confess. And he immediately regretted it. Sure,he really wants to do this,but he doesn't have to be excited about it. In fact,he wasn't happy at all. He was-panicky-so to speak. His mind raced and he thought of all the possible outcomes this 'date' would have. And most of them were bad. Most of his options consisted of either Kai saying no,being disgusted,or just leaving without a word.

And yes,Lloyd did think of his crush saying yes,but he knew that was a long shot. Or at least he thought.....

Skylor's POV

"Why did I agree to do this?!" He yells, slamming his face into his pillow. It's kind of weird but adorable,how nervous he is. I can't help but laugh at that. "C'mon! I know you wanted to anyway!" I teased. "You do wanna ask him out,don't you?" Lloyd lifted his head a bit, still blushing a whole lot. "I mean,I do.... but-"

"Then let's get you dressed!" I yell, pulling him out of bed. "W-wait, what am I gonna wear?!" He asks, heading to his closet. I thought for a minute. I'm not too sure he's ever even worn a suit to be honest,so he definitely doesn't have one. "Well,we'll just go to the mall,c'mon!" I handed-well, threw-him his shoes. As he put them on, I texted Nya;

Sky: We're about to head out,you almost there?

Nya: Yep! Going to his room now,Lloyd's gonna get a great gift!

Sky: Okay,cool! Talk to ya later!

This was gonna be the best plan ever!

Nya's POV

"Hey,bro. You almost ready?" I ask, opening Kai's door. "Uh,y-yea." he stuttered. It's kinda hard not to laugh when he's nervous like that. "Alright,I texted Seliel, she says that she got the flowers,so we've gotta pick em up,let's go!" "Okay." he said, heading to the door. I chuckled to myself. This is a fool-proof plan. I've gotta thank Pix later.

Once we got the flowers,we decided to stop at the mall to get Kai a new suit. I was a bit jealous of the bouquet,to be honest. It was fairly simple, a green ribbon and white fabric,but the flowers were very pretty.A mix of red,pink,lime,and green roses were all bundled up together perfectly. I could tell that Kai was getting even more nervous about this 'date'. But me? I just smirked to myself, this would be good. I know EXACTLY what I'm doing. So does Sky. We're gonna make sure they don't see each other, but we'll know they're there.

Surprisingly,it didn't take long for Kai to find the suit he wanted,and I can see why. The suit and pants were a deep crimson,with a black blazer and a red-orange tie. He stepped into the dressing ro to try it on,so I went to the waiting room.
