Third Person POV
Not all battles are easy to end, but no fight the ninja faced that day could be entirely won.
The ninja-excuding Lloyd-were gathered in their Sensei's room for an emergency. There wasn't much time to explain, but the jist of it was that Morro had kidnapped the green ninja once again. But over further discussion; something was slightly off about the blonde before his disappearance. He was having constant nightmares; Zane always found him awake at the weirdest of hours, yet he was never open to talk. And since the walls were quite thin on the Bounty, they noted incoherent mumbling from his room. Kai tried to get Lloyd to open up slowly, and the others have even tried to pry the answer out of him once or twice, but to no avail. A few days of this odd behavior, and then he was gone. His friends didn't question it at first; he possibly went to see family or therapy to help. But a video tape sent to their master was all the proof they needed that this was much more serious.

Once the ninja returned, Kai carried the blonde into the infirmary. Lloyd was screaming in pain that something was in his arm while the others tried to console him. With a quick scan, Zane found the problem and fear clouded his face. Without explaining to the others, the droid started surgery as the others left the room.
The remaining four got out of their gi's and went in the living room to wait. Of course they were worried for their friend, but nothing scared them more than the piercing cry Lloyd let out moments later. At this point Kai wanted to burst open the doors and stop Zane from hurting his boyfriend any further. But Nya calmed him down as the two went to the kitchen. Barely anything was heard from the room afterwards, so all they could do was wait...
More research was done as Zane worked, and apparently the Wind Master unleashed his true potential; The Art of Possession. More importantly; he had learned how to possess separate parts of the body simultaneously. This only made things worse for the others as they tried not to think of what horrible things Morro did to Lloyd.
So many thoughts ran around in Kai's head as he paced outside the room. Could he have lost so much blood and the robot was trying so desperately to keep him alive? Or had his love already passed, and Zane was taking time before breaking the news to everyone else?
No. Of course not. Lloyd is strong, he can get through this.
Hours, even days seemed to pass as the ninja waited to hear from Zane. At this point it was dark, and the group weren't the slightest bit tired.
"I have some news, everyone." Zane finally opened the door to see the others worriedly waiting there. Kai rushed up to the door, but the droid blocked it. "Hold on, Kai. I should let you know that-"
"What's wrong with him? Did you fix it? You didn't did you? "What the hell did you do to him?!" Kai snapped. He was pulled away by Nya but he still glared at Zane angrily. Cole and Jay walked to the droid normally, letting him talk.
"It seemed that two parts of Lloyd's body were possessed; his frontal lobe and left arm." Kai shuddered, not wanting to hear more. But he continued;
"Pixal and I were able to take care of his brain with a simple lobotomy. Unfortunately...we couldn't save his arm."
"So you cut it off?!" Jay shrieked.
"Well yes but...you all should just see for yourselves..." Zane opened the door fully as the others stepped in.
Inside the room, Lloyd was asleep on the bed with Pixal close by, checking off some things on her clipboard.
His arm was wrapped in bandages, apart from his hand. But it wasn't his own hand.
The digits were gray, and steel. A black ring of some other metal around his knuckles, a green light in the center, and a darker material leading up to his shoulder.
His hand was entirely artificial.
