The worst 3 are at the beginning- but I genuinely like a good few of...
from 2:53 to the end of the song rly works for Lloyd's meltdown- also My Heart Is Buried In Venice fits for when Kai's helping him get cleaned up- alot of his songs work for this tbh (also there are a bunch of references to other RM songs cuz hush-)

--- Third Person POV
Lloyd swept the brush across his face, adding the finishing touches to his makeup before setting the brush down in a cup of water. The golden, glittery substance spilled into the glass, lighting it up in a way, as it had with Lloyd's face.
After over an hour spent deciding on a color, brushes, a working fade color, whether or not to add glitter, overthinking about if fake eyelashes were a bit too much and trying to find a good enough outfit to go with it all, it was finished.
He stared at himself.

He beamed a grin as his eyes sparked with joy.
'Okay, I look awesome.'
Putting his hands on his hips, he smiled wider.
The hues around his eyes fit well enough with the T-shirt he had on- which was a strange mix of yellow and swamp green- with black letters in the middle;
'Once In A While Someone Amazing Comes Along.. And Here I Am'
Along with a plain black choker- one of the many he owned- it was perfect.
Now he just needed to change out of his black shorts and fuzzy frog socks and into the rest of his outfit.

A bit later, he'd chosen the rest of his clothes to be jean shorts and longish white socks. It wasn't a massive change, but one that fit better than before as Lloyd posed in the larger mirror he had in his room.
It was only their second date, but with the amount of times he'd had to stow away all his makeup in some back cabinet already, it was time to show his true colors. Literally.
It's about time he actually gained some confidence, and the shirt was a good start.
'I can't wait to see his face! He's gonna be so happy!'
Before his fantasies became too crazy, his phone dinged. He snatched it up from the counter and went straight to messages.
Kai<3 hey babe, you ready for tonight?
Lloyd blushed, smiling as his heart grew warm. He stepped back and took one more look at himself.
Something changed....
His smile fades, the redness on his face fading. Instead of responding, he shuts off his phone and plops it back down next to the sink. Instead of feeling happy, his heart swelled up with doubt.
