63. Plan Into Motion

After the meeting, the 6 of you leave the secret room, making your way to gym. Before you left, Vera told everyone to tell the others of your plan. When you get to your locker, Scott is sitting in front of it, reading a kid's book. Once you walk up to him, he notices you and scoots over, giving you access to your locker. As you put in the combination, you ask, "What'cha reading there?" He puts up a finger, signaling you to wait. You grab your things and shut your locker, and wait for him to get up. He shuts his book and stands up, smiling. You repeat your question, "So what book is that?" He lights up as he explains, "It's a story about a boy who is embarrassed of needing to do something, but it turns out that everyone does it, and everything is okay!" He hands you the book, and you read the cover, "Everyone Poops." You chuckle and hand it back to him. As you walk to gym, he asks, "So where were you at lunch?" "Oh, um, I actually need to talk to you about that." He cocks his head to the side as you explain, "We're going to hold an intervention for them, like you guys did with me. Our goal is to corner them and tell them how they've affected us, er.. you guys. We also need to keep our distance, so they can start to feel guilty for something they don't even realize. So at lunch, we need to fill up the tables in order to prevent them from sitting with anyone. Vicky is planning an orgy with Liam and Polly though, so if she approaches you, make sure you agree, as long as I can come too." You're able to explain the entire plan to him just before you reach the locker room. Upon entering, you see Vera and Zoe talking to Miranda, and Damien talking to Calculester, presumably about the plan. The rest of the day continues on like normal, and then it's over. Before you go to sleep, you think over the plan one more time, hopeful that it will work out. You slowly drift off to sleep.

You wake up in the middle of the night. All you want is a glass of water, so you get up, and sneak you're way to the kitchen. The door is opened a crack, and you see you're mom and dad talking. You're mom says, "So. Darius. Where were you last night?" "I was with the guys, I told you that." "What were you doing with them?" "We just drank and stuff. Damien was at the sitter's, so we figured we'd get shitfaced." "And you didn't do anything else?" "No." "So you'll have no problem explaining this?" You see her take out some sort of tape recorder. She presses a button and you hear your dad's voice say, "Damn, she can be such a pain. She's always on my ass about doing shit around the house. Which is fine, but like I work 12 hour shifts 6 days a week, and she's unemployed. She says she's looking for a job, but it's been 8 months since she's had any at all." A second, gruff voice enters the conversation, "Damn man, sounds tough. You know what I think you need?" Your dad laughs and says, "Like what we did in college?" "Exactly." A third, smooth voice enters, "What'd you guys do?" The second voice laughs and says, "When this dude had lady troubles, I'd raw dog him hard. Made him forget about it all." All three of them laugh, and your mom clicks a button, stopping the recording. She says, "So can you explain, Darius?"

You wake up in a cold sweat. You check the time on your phone and see that you've woken up late. Barely having any time to think of your dream, you get ready for school and head out the door. The next few days, your friends acted the same. Vicky continued to organize an orgy for everyone to participate in. Amira has tried, but failed to win over Vera's heart as of yet. Oz has partaken in significantly fewer shenanigans than Vicky and Amira, and Brian couldn't care less. So far, no one seems to be too miserable either. No one has really been at eachother's throats, most likely due to the fact that Damien and Zoe are off limits because of Brian and Oz. Amira seems to be going at it hard with Vera, and you can't really tell who Vicky is after. The plan has been going smoothly too, everything has been working out. Vera and Zoe have been sitting together at lunch, and Oz has been with them. Damien and Polly sit together, and Brian sits with them. Liam has needed to sit with the coven at a small table, so no one else sits with them. And you and Scott have occupied one of the bigger tables, along with Calculester and the Wolfpack. Miranda sits at a table with multiple eating surfs, and Dahlia. Now, neither Vicky nor Amira can sit with the others during lunch time. It was eventually decided, by Vera, that Brian and Oz were no longer a big problem, so they have been allowed to sit with their people.

The next day in gym, after another awesome period of dodgeball, Vicky and Polly end up talking to Scott and Damien. The two girls seem excited about something, and once they're finished talking, Scott makes his way to you. He says, "Hey! So Vicky has officially invited us to the orgy! Isn't that great?!" You giggle at Scott's enthusiasm, and make your way to science.

At the end of the day, as you're walking outside, you see a booth being run by Valerie. The sign on it reads, "Love is in the air, or whatever." You approach it to see what she has for sale. Without looking up from her phone, she says, "Hello and welcome to the love booth. You can buy whatever you want as long as you got the money." You look at the booth and see an assortment of items. They seem to be divided into love and hate items. On the love side, you can send a card and a rose to someone, you can buy love potions, there's a bunch of candy and such to buy, and there's even a book on orgy etiquette. On the hate side, there are voodoo dolls, hexes, curses, poisons, and other vengeful items. You ask, "How much for the card and rose?" "Five bucks." "Five? Isn't that expensive?" "Look buddy I make the rules, take it or leave it." She looks up at you, and her frustrated eyes widen. She says, "Oh shit. I didn't realize it was you, (Y/N). Here." She hands you a pen, and pulls out a vase of roses. She adds, "Write whatever you want, to whoever you want, and pick out a color rose." "What about paying?" She snickers, "I've conned enough money out of these horndogs to pay for much more than that card. I'm selling everything at like, 5 times the price. Heh, for example." She puts a finger up to her mouth as someone stands next to you. They pick up the book on orgy etiquette, and look at it, saying, "How much for this?" You immediately recognize the voice belonging to Vicky. Valerie says, "50 bucks." You look over at Vicky, and she looks at you. She slightly jumps, and her face turns red. She says, "I think I'll pass." She puts the book down and hurriedly walks away. Valerie says, "Huh. That usually works." You're suddenly not in the mood to write a card for Scott, and you walk away, ignoring Valerie's attempts at getting your attention. You walk home, and as you leave, you see Vicky and Polly talking to Miranda.
