You and Scott enjoy the cool breeze of the night air as you continue stargazing. You shiver, and are immediately covered by one of Scott's hoodies, which you didn't even see him bring out. He holds out a fist for you to bump, saying, "I gotcha bro." The random response causes you to laugh and accept the fist bump. You go back to watching the night sky, but you can see Scott staring at you lovingly in the corner of your eye. You turn back to him, smirking. You ask,"What are you looking at?" He smiles shyly, "I just.. Never noticed how cute you look in the moonlight." You blush and roll your eyes, "You're so stupid.." "But it's true!" You're suddenly wrapped in a big pair of werewolf arms. Scott says, "I'm sorry.. I wasn't trying to be.." You reassure him, "Oh, no no! It's really cute! I was just giving you a hard time, I'm sorry.." You reach up and scratch behind Scott's ear, and he leans into your touch.
You feel the grip of his arms weaken a little, and he asks, "Why.. Do you love me?" You look up at him, worried. "Why do you ask?" He sighs, "I.. Just.. I don't know.. I'm not that great.." Before he can say anything further, you pull away and interject. "What are you talking about? You're a dream come true! You're nice, and funny, and handsome! If anything.. I don't see why you like me." Scott's expression turns into one of genuine confusion. "What do you mean? Why wouldn't I?" "Because I'm quiet.. And weird.. And a mess.." "But.. You're so cool! You're really friendly, and smart, and your powers are super cool!" "But.. You didn't know any of that until you got to know me.. What made you decide I was worth your time?" "Well.. I think everyone is worth my time! And, I just really wanted to get to know you.." "And why was that?" Scott blushes, "It's a secret." You cock your head to the side in confusion. "C'mon, tell me.." You whine and lean on Scott, trying to lighten the mood and be playful. "But.. You'll think it's stupid!" Scott blushes more deeply and hides his face. You smile and look up at him. You reach for his hands, and pull them away, "But I love it when you're stupid. Just tell me~" "Because you're so cute!" You smile and caress his cheek. You say, "See? You're amazing! Why wouldn't I like you?" His smile fades a little. "Because of how dumb I am.. And I'm not good at anything but sports.." "That's not true. You're also an amazing friend, an awesome cousin, and a super cool grandkid." You feel a tear fall on your face. "Th-Thank you, (Y/N).. I needed to hear that.."
Your conversation dies down after that, and you both just calmly watch the stars together. Scott puts his hand on your hair, and rubs it gently. He says, "I've been talking about me all night. What about you? Do you have any fun stories from when you were a kid?" You think to yourself briefly, and answer, "No. Not really. I can't really remember.. Anything like that. I feel like I can't remember anything anymore.. I'm sorry.." "It's okay.. I'm sorry for bringing it up.." A gust of cold air blows, making Scott shiver. "Oh, man. It's getting cold.. I guess we should go inside.." You yawn, only just now realizing how tired you are. You get up and follow Scott along the roof back inside. He falls onto his bed, rolling over enough for you to laugh down, too. He lifts an arm, and when you lay down, he puts it around you. He pulls up the blanket, covering you both up with it, and you fall asleep together.
It's a beautiful day outside. Birds are singing, flowers are blooming. On days like this, kids like you.. Are sitting around, waiting to be picked up from school. You tap the picnic table you're sitting at, just to do something with your hands while you wait. You look around the school grounds, seeing your classmates run up to their parents, happy to see them after such a long day at school. You sigh, bored. Suddenly, someone sits down next to you. You look over, seeing someone you don't recognize. They're wearing a blue sweater with purple stripes, blue pants, and brown shoes. They say, "Hi! How's it going? I couldn't help but notice you were alone. Do you need some company?" They were friendly and attentive, something you feel that has been lacking in your life. You smile, "Really?" They nod their head. The two of you spend a lot of time together, talking about random things. Before long, your mom pulls up to the front of the school. You say, "Oh, that's my mom! I guess my dad forgot to pick me up.. Bye! Uh.. What's your name?" They smile at you, "Frisk." "I'm (Y/N)! Well, bye Frisk!" You run to your mom's car. You get in the back seat, and she asks, "Who was that, honey?" "My new friend, Frisk!" "Oh, you made a friend? That's wonderful!" She drives away, taking you both back home.
Years later, you get some bad news. "What? You're moving?!" Frisk nids their head sadly. "I don't really know why, but we are.." "How far?" "Across the country." You feel tears well up in your eyes. Before you can really start crying, Frish grabs your shoulders. "Now listen, (Y/N). You are strong! You'll get over this! And besides, all of our other friends are staying! You still won't be lonely anymore!" "But.. What about you? Won't you be bored?" They laugh, "No, I don't think so. I did some research, and there's a mountain near where I live, and it's said that anyone who climbs it, never comes back! Sounds like a fun, new adventure, right?" You nod your head, "Yeah." That was the last you had ever seen, or heard from Frisk.
(A/N): I'm.. Not too sure what this chapter was. I feel like it was really random, and it made no sense, so I'm sorry about that. I guess I'm just trying to write some filler before the story comes to a close. Thank you so much for reading, I hope this chapter wasn't too much of a disappointment!
