"Called it! I fucking called it, I am the smartest person who has ever lived you peasants can bow down to me."
Oliver jumped approximately one thousand feet in the air at the new voice that cut into the previous silence of the hallway. In his jumpscare, he put his hand on Stiles's chest and shoved him away so that the boy lost his footing and awkwardly stumbled into the lockers.
Katrin had a devilish grin on her face, her entire body seeming to just ooze from the size of her ego as she reached her hand up to point at Ollie, who could feel his face slowly heating up more and more, until it felt like he stuck his head into a furnace. Katrin danced forward, grabbing Stiles's pink cheeks and cackling like a witch. "Ha, ha! Yes, Stilinski! Get some, boy! I could kiss you!" She threw her head back, laughing again. "But I'll leave that to my dear cousin!" She did a little dance in the spot, something that was quite impressive considering the height of her heels.
Ollie pinched the bridge of his nose, his heart still pounding so hard that he could feel it in his throat. "Katrin, what are you doing?"
"Oh, I'm not important at all. In fact, I'll go jump off of a bridge, you guys stay here and resume-"
"KATRIN!"
"Fuck!" She threw her arms in the air in mock-surrender, her lips still pulled in a shit-eating grin. "Jesus, Ollie-pop, that was an unexpected bout of emotion. I came to look for you because Lydia dipped to go look for Jackson."
Stiles's eyes furrowed together as he stuffed his hands into his pockets, averting his eyes from the cousins. "Where did Jackson go?"
"Probably to hell, where he rightfully belongs."
"Can't argue with that."
Katrin, instead of continuing to relentlessly fangirl - as Oliver predicted she would - turned her head, her eyebrows pinching together in confusion. "Huh, nevermind, I guess he decided to make a guest appearance."
Oliver's eyebrows shot up on his head as he spotted Jackson running down the hall towards them. He skidded to a halt, bent over and huffing for air like he had just run a marathon. His cheeks were red, and he seemed slightly offbalance.
"There you are," Katrin lightly punched the boy's shoulders, causing him to almost topple to the ground. "Are you drunk? Where's Lydia, did she ever find you?"
The boy didn't respond, he just continued with his heavy breathing exercises as his eyes drifted between Stiles and Ollie. The boys shared a nervous look, Ollie speaking up as he took a step closer, his tone hard. "Jackson. Where is Lydia? What's wrong?"
