minho still wasn't sure if this was a good idea when he pressed seungmin's number in his contacts. but jisung insisted, and he could see his point.

'hey.'

'hey. what are you doing right now?'

'not much, procrastinating on stuff for school. what about you?'

'not much either. weird question, but would you consider talking to hyunjin?'

'would i- what?'

'you heard me.'

'uh.. i guess, sure. only if he apologises, though. why?'

'no reason. okay, thanks. bye.'

'bye?'

minho hung up before he could ask more questions about it.

jisung was still on the phone with hyunjin, seeming to have more trouble trying to convince him.

'no, listen, please. ... what? i never said that. hyunjin-'

minho motioned to give him the phone. he put it on speaker.

'hyunjin?'

the boy on the other end of the line abruptly stopped talking.

'do you like seungmin?'

'well, right now he's being real difficult, but generally, yes.'

of course. he is being difficult.

'you are crushing on him, right?'

'what? who told you that?'

'it's pretty obvious. anyway, how would you feel if he called you a fuckboy after kissing one guy, when you're not even dating?'

silence.

'that doesn't mean-'

'yes, it does. go apologise, tell him how you feel about him.'

hyunjin sighed. 'he probably doesn't even want to talk to me.'

'sure he does. text him to come to the park or something.'

eventually, he agreed and they each hung up. minho handed jisung his phone back and for a few seconds they both sat there in complete silence, figuring out their next step.

'now what?'

minho opened snapchat and showed jisung. 'hyunjin is constantly online. we can check his location.'

and indeed, a good 15 minutes later, the little avatar was on the move. minho honestly didn't understand why anyone would have their location on, but it worked in their favour now.

seungmin, however, had disabled this feature, like any other sensible person. they assumed he would be there though, as he lived closer to the park than hyunjin did. even so, the latter arrived at the park quicker than expected.

'damn, he's fast,' jisung muttered.

'long legs.'

minho and jisung decided they could get ice cream at the kiosk and then check up on the others. it wasn't a big town, really, but everything took long when you had to walk there.

jisung walked faster than minho, as he wasn't really in a rush.

'do you always walk this fast?' he complained.

'gay people walk faster because they walk to the melody of toxic by britney spears.'

'gay people- what?'
