Jisung felt bad for having to leave Minho alone on Sunday, but he really needed some time for himself. There was also school the next day, and all his books were still at home.

Still, Minho reassured him that he would be fine, and there was no need for him to worry. He didn't look completely sincere, but Jisung knew that he was trying his best. So he did go home and ended up falling asleep on the couch watching movies with his brother.

Despite Minho's word that he was going to be okay, he did not show up at school the next day. At least, not until lunch, after having ignored multiple calls Jisung made in between classes.

He carefully sat down at their lunch table, only to jolt when Changbin yelled in conversation with Felix. Minho groaned and squeezed his eyes shut.

'Are you okay? Where were you this morning?'

'Hyung! How did your audition go?'

'Oh yeah! Did you get in?'

Minho looked horrified. 'Later, yeah?' His voice sounded hoarse. He laid his head on his arms on the table, intending to go back to sleep.

The others shrugged and went back to their conversations, but not Jisung. He put a hand on Minho's shoulder. 'What's up?'

'That "later" was also meant to you,' his voice came out muffled. He didn't sound rude, just tired.

Jisung frowned. He found Chan staring at the both of them, a question in his eyes. There was nothing to answer, as he was just as clueless as he was. He shrugged and looked away. He told himself to stop worrying, he could always talk to him later. At least he was here with him.

He went back home with his boyfriend after class. Despite his bad mood, Minho still seemed to want to hang out with him. Jisung gladly followed him.

His house was as empty as ever. Minho's dad had left for a few days again, which left his son alone in the silence of a house that way too big for one person. Only Jisung's laughter was loud enough to fill even the quietest corners with music.

The idea of having a house all on your own... - Jisung halted when a glass bottle on the floor caught his eye. Vodka.

Minho followed his gaze and swore under his breath, quickly taking the bottle and putting it in a random cabinet.

'You're hungover?' It wasn't really a question. He could tell, now, by the way he had jumped and groaned in pain from the loud noise in the cafetaria. The older nodded.

It was fine, wasn't it? He was an adult, he was allowed to drink if he wanted to. There was no reason to worry over a single event. Yet Jisung couldn't shake the bad feeling in his stomach. Drinking away your feelings didn't exactly sound like a great idea to him.

Jisung nodded once. He wasn't going to make a fuss out of it.

'Do you want me to stay over tonight?' His eyes lingered on the closed cabinet.

Minho thought about it and nodded. 'Yeah, that'd be nice,' he smiled softly.

He secretly sighed in relief. He was well aware that he wasn't doing well, and it worried Jisung.

It continued like this for a while. Minho beat himself up for making such a stupid mistake, and his boyfriend couldn't do much other than be there for him.

They also had good moments, though. Don't worry.

'Come oooooon,' Jisung dragged the older behind him. 'I haven't been here in ages!'

Yellow neon letters shone brightly against the dark sky. It had been raining for a while, and now they were finally on their way to a karaoke bar. The door handle was still wet when he enthusiastically pushed against it.

'How long is "ages" exactly?' Minho laughed.

Jisung stopped abruptly, causing the other to bump face first into him. He hummed. 'Two months, maybe? I went here with Felix and Seungmin. Yeah! That's it, two months.'

They hired a room and sang their lungs off for a solid hour. It included Jisung staring in complete awe at Minho singing Parting by ONEWE. A few minutes later they were loudly duetting Wishlist by TXT and Go! by Dokyeom.

But not gonna lie, they did spend the last 5 minutes of their time kissing while the instrumentals of some song played in the background. Not that they cared, their voice was gone anyway.

They enjoyed every minute of it and wished for it to last forever. These moments with Minho were everything to Jisung. You would expect so from a relationship, but this was more than just that. After seeing him on his best and worst, he wanted his boyfriend to be happy. Every smile chased away a dark cloud to make way for the sun. But Minho's mood was as predictable as the weather, and sooner or later more clouds would return to block out the light. Still, Jisung would be there to try and blow any cloud away that dared to go near his sunlight.

He barely noticed that it wore him out as well, only focusing on making his precious boy happy. That was what made Jisung happy as well in the end, after all. His laugh was worth it all, worth setting the world on fire for.
