Upon entering the Cabin the first thing Lyra had felt is loneliness and cold... The cabin lack of any warmth and light. She couldn't see any light therefore making it hard for her to see the outline or the silhouette of the place.
"Is there no light in here? Your place seems to be so cold." She said, Medusa slowly let go of her hand, she walks towards the window and open it to let some sun in.
"The place is quite dirty, I don't usually stay in this place, I walked around the forest to pass my time and help the animals who needs my help." She explained, once the window was open it make the small cabin bright making it easy for Lyra to move around now.
"I like my place a little brighter... It makes it for me a little easier to move." Lyra saw a Silhouette of a chair so she moves closer to it and then there she sat down... Once again she saw Medusa standing near the window, her silhouette indicates that she was looking at Lyra.
"So... what do you want me to do? Since I am here to stay with you for as long you need me. I can't be a burden... I promise to learn how to clean the house...and cook meal for you." Lyra started to babble again, Medusa sense that she is nervous so she walks towards her and crouched down in front of her before she place her finger on Lyra's soft lips to stop her from babbling too much.
"You can serve me by keeping me a company. Talk to me, tell me about everything you know, teach what you know...that will be enough for me." Lyra sat there listening to Medusa's words, and then a soft smile thug upon her lips.
" I'm a blind girl." She pointed herself
" So please bear with me if the only thing I can tell you is what I've heard from my sister, the only thing I could tell you is base on the story that I've heard. Would that suffice you?" Medusa looked into Lyra's eyes again... At first she fears it...she fears looking into this girl's eyes and watched her as she turn into a stone, she fears it...but she couldn't help but savor the feeling of having to look into someone's eyes without the fear of turning them into stones.
" Yes, that would be enough... I would also like to tell you tales of my adventure. I would like to tell you the story of men's bravery... And their failure of capturing me." She finally stood up and sat beside Lyra, it was still early, she will still have time to look for foods later, but for now she wanted to warm and she wanted to take a nap.
"I want to take a nap. Would you mind laying beside me?" Medusa watched as Lyra's cheek colored a bright red, she was very facinated to see how fast the color on her cheek travels from her cheek to her ears.... Medusa's gaze stops on Lyra's ear... They were small...she hadn't seen anyone who had an ear just as small as baby.
"Your ears are very small, do you not have any problem with hearing?" Medusa touched Lyra's ears, making Lyra giggle and cover her ears.
"Please don't, I'm a little ticklis there." Medusa nods her head, she then carried Lyra again and brought her to her bed gently laying her down there.
"Ummm...is this alright?" Lyra sounded hesitant.
"Yes, I just want to feel your warmth. That's all, do not be afraid though, I won't do anything to hurt you.... I won't eat you just yet." After that Medusa finally lay down, she gently wraps her arm around Lyra's waist and pulled her close to her.... The warm feeling of another body next to her gave Medusa a calming feeling, Eversince she was turned into a beast, Medusa had always felt cold inside her flesh, the feeling was torturing her, making her want something she can never understand or find. But with Lyra beside her, it seems to satisfy her, it seems to gratify her.
