Madam Malkin's... one week before the wedding....

Vic POV

I walked into the dress shop with my bridal party.  The boys went to some new place in London for their stuff.

"Wait and what did you say?" Dom asked Roxy as she retold the story for the fifth time that week.  To be fair it was funny.

"It's magic." They burst out laughing.

Tresor cooed in Aunt Tori's arms as we walked through the rows of gowns.

"What are you looking for V?"

I thought, "something elegant but simple."

After about thirty minutes we gathered what we found and I started trying them on.

One by one we dwindled down the pile.  Though the one in wearing felt like 'it'

I walked out and stepped on the platform.  I heard gasps and words of approval.

"I think this is it." I said.  They all nodded.

It's a pure white gown.  A tight v-neck bodice with crystals.  Long flowing sleeves and a floor length flowing skirt that had extra length in the back to make it look like a ball gown. It was perfect.

I turned to Madam Malkin, "I'll take it."

She nodded, "of course dear, I'll box it up for you." I changed back into my original attire.

Now it's time for everyone else.  The theme was a light blue, almost like a periwinkle.  I wanted the girls to find one that they like in their own style.  Though the same color.  I also wanted something for Tresor.  I haven't decided the color yet, I wanted to wait to see the dress on her first.

After a solid two hours we found everyone's everything.

Dom got a white dress with an overlay of blue lace.  It had a bell sleeve top with a simple neckline.  It stoped at her knees with a plaited loose skirt.  She has a pair of thigh high heel ugh boots that she said would look perfect with the dress.

Aunt Tori had went with a long fitted sleeve blue dress, floor length with a few designs made of crystals and glitter.  She has a pair of strappy silver heels to go with it.

Mum got a white under lay dress that went to her knees and hat a halter neckline.  A blue piece of fabric wrapped at the waist and flowed down to her feet.  Apparently she doesn't already have a pair of blue gladiator heels.

Clair chose a blue cocktail dress.  It had a halter neckline that ended at her knee so. It looked like it had a wrap design that cinched at the right of her waist.  She also chose a pair of silver corset heels.

Aquila decided on a knee length cocktail dress that had a sweetheart neckline and for her like a glove.  A sheer blue overlay wrapped from her shoulders to her waist before flowing out to the floor with two slits where her legs are.  She has white stilettos that's would tie everything together.

Rosie opted for a blue floor length dress with an asymmetric neckline that came with a white belt.  She also got a pair of white block heels.

And Roxy.  She finalized that she was getting a blue deep v-neck cocktail dress that hugged her body.  It had a few rhinestones here and there.  She got a pair of silver gladiator heels to match.

"Okay now time for this cutie." Clair said bouncing a giggling Tresor up in the air.

After about 20 minutes.  We came down to a split decision.  Teddy would have to decide.

There was a white one, it had a cute tutu and a long sleeve almost shirt like top.

The blue one was almost the same but the glitter made the skirt sparkle.

I had a pair of silver shoes that go with both.

This actually went easier than I thought.

Teddy POV

Our task was simple.  It's probably the easiest thing in the entire preparation process.  Yet here we are.  About 20 minutes later, still not deciding on anything.

"Well, Teddy should have the all white set.  We could have the grey and white." Freddy said.

So James, Luke, Dad, Uncle Dray, Cal, and Freddy will have grey robes with white under clothes.  And I'll have all white.

We got a light blue set with white tie for Remus and we were on our way.  I thanked Freddy over and over.

We flooed back to my house to meet up with the girls.  Only one week left.

The sound of laughter filled my ears.  It made Remus clap his hands to see Vic and Tresor again.

"Hey the boys are here!" Clair said Taking Remus from me.  Vic and Roxy came in from the kitchen and into the sitting room where the others were sat.

"Hey Dad and Uncle Dray went home." I told them.

"Mum and Aunt Fleur left too," Aquila said standing up to greet James.

"How'd it go?" My fiancé asked me.

I kissed her softly "magically, you?"

She giggled, "perfect, though I have a question for you." She said grabbing a bag and pulling out a white dress and blue dress, I'm assuming for our daughter.

"Which one do you think is better?" She asked.

"Well we got Remus a set of blue dress robes.  So maybe that to match.  And if you put something white in her hair?" I suggested.

"Thanks babe," she kissed my cheek, putting the white one back in the bag.

"Hey Princess," I said, stealing my daughter from the floor where she played with Cal.

She giggled when I kissed her cheeks.  Just like V's.

"Did you have fun dress shopping?" I asked her.  She just babbled in response.

I set her down with Cal again and went into the kitchen where Vic disappeared.

I saw her at the counter fixing the salad for lunch and slipped behind her and rest my hands on her waist.

"One more week," I kissed her neck.  She laughed and turned around, wrapping her arms around my neck, pulling me in for a kiss.

We pulled for air, "one more week." She repeated.
