A/n I'm sorry about this. But Chapter 46 didn't publish when I thought it did. Here you go!
Victoire POV
It's been about A month since the twins were born. Though a bit hectic at times, it's been amazing.
Remus learned how to change his appearance now. Nothing major, thank Merlin. And nothing frequent. Although he does prefer his hair purple. I don't know why, but I don't actually care. But it does make it easier when it's just the four of us who he wants to hold him. But with the entire family or two Weasleys, forget it.
Tresor is very curious about everything, especially the outdoors. She loves when Teddy takes her on walks and such.
They're both quiet for the most part, don't really cry. Remus has picked up a bit of sign language that we had tried to teach them. Simple things like 'more' or 'milk' or 'sleep'
Just to help. Tresor knows a little less than him, but is getting there.
Teddy has finally gotten the position of auror and is now working for Uncle Harry. I was so proud of him. He is a little busy at times, and I don't blame him, but he always makes time for us.
He-
"I'm home!"
He's home.
I grabbed both of the babies and headed down stairs. Remus was in a pair of small khaki pants and a polo shirt. Tresor in a small white and gold dress that had a sparkly tutu and long sleeved. Her slightly long hair pulled to the top of her head.
"Look who's back." I said to them,
"How's your day been with those two?" He asked taking them from me.
"They were angels as usual." I said.
"He kissed Remus' head and Tresor's cheek, who giggled and clapped her hands. She really is a 'Daddy's girl'
Remus squeezed his hands together, smart boy.
"He's hungry so I'm gonna feed him some bottled stuff and I'll pump later." He nodded and released him as I went to get him. I carried him into the kitchen heating up some milk from the fridge that I had pumped that morning. Teddy carried Tresor in the room and set her on the floor while he played with her.
"Anything interesting today?" I asked him while feeding Remus a bottle.
"No, we have no potential suspects, no new evidence, no new occurrences, nothing. We just re-looked over everything trying to find something. I think we're starting right at it, like it's hidden in plain sight. But nothing checks out." He said as he held one of Tresor's stuffies and smiled as she somewhat crawled towards him.
"Good job, baby." He said as she finally got the toy. I laughed and set down the finished bottle.
I burped Remus and Teddy continued to play with Tresor as we talked about nothing in particular.
"Have you found a dress yet? You're mum has to have something lined up." He said. We had gotten on the subject of the wedding.
"Not really, she has been telling me about styles and such, but I want to chose for myself."
He nods, "understandable."
"Thought about groomsmen?" I asked.
He shrugged, "James, Luke, Dad, Uncle Dray, Cal, Freddy." He said counting on his fingers. We decided 7 groomsmen and 7 bridesmaids.
"Who's the Best Man?"
"I don't know yet." He shrugs. "I mean. Dad raised me, Uncle Dray has been there for me since forever. James is technically my little brother. Cal and Freddy are like little brothers. And Luke is one of my best friends."
I nod, "I was thinking, Dom, Aunt Tori, Mum, Clair, Aquila, Rosie, and Roxy." He nodded.
"Maid of Honor?"
"I don't know either."
"We could have Louis and Lily be flower girl and ring bearer. They could also have Remus and Tresor with them." He suggested. I nodded.
"That would be cute." I said imagining it.
"I can't wait for you to be officially Mrs. Lupin."
"Me too," I smiled.
