Malfoy Manor... A bit after Aquila wakes up...
Draco POV
I sat on my bed in my room reading. Tori just finished cleaning up lunch and took a walk in the garden. My mind wandered off to the case.
What if they go after my boys? My wife? My friends? Aquila, again?
Will Aquila wake up? Is she okay? Why does this stuff happen to her?
Who's the heir? Where are they? Do they know who their father is?
Is someone gonna figure it out?
Is anything ever gonna be normal?
Well, nothing's ever been normal to begin with.
We live in a world of magic.
All of a sudden I heard rushed footsteps coming toward the room. I got off the bed and Astoria burst in the door with a letter in her hand.
I felt my face drop, assuming the worse.
"She awake." She breathed and my face snapped to her.
"Who?" Wanting confirmation.
"Aquila." She beamed.
I quickly scooped her up and ran for the floo. 'Accio'ing everything. We flooed to McGonagall's office who lead us to the Room of Requirement. She opened the door and revealed the kids, about the room but my kids were huddled in a corner on a bed. I saw the grey eyes that I always said 'yes' to instantly.
My daughter. My princess.
She wasn't dresses in the gown she had on before. She had on a pale blue romper. Her dark with light hair was left open but looked healthier than last time I saw. She looked more of her normal pale than before. She looked like my little girl.
She smiled when she saw us. She hopped off the bed and ran towards me. I opened my arms for her. I picked her up and held her close to me.
"Hi, daddy." She whispered.
"Hi, Princess." I muttered while kissing her head.
I felt tears pool in my eyes, "I'm so glad you're okay, sweetheart."
"I'm sorry."
"For what?"
"I didn't mean to scare you like that." She muttered burying her face into my neck.
I strolled her hair, " it's not your fault, don't blame yourself. The person responsible on the other hand..." I trailed off as she giggled.
How I missed that sound.
"I missed you." I said, kissing her temple.
"I missed you too." She whispered,
I set her down but she just hugged my waist. I chuckled and hugged her back.
My little girl was back and safe.
She let go and moved to her mother who didn't let her go. We both gave a look to each other and nod. We'd tell the kids.
She broke the hug and turned to the kids. I walked over as she asked them to sit down. I wrapped my arm around her waist as she took a deep breath. She looked at the kids. I kissed her temple.
"We have something to tell you." She started, the kids posture straightened. "A few months ago, I got some news." She paused, "I am completely healed. It's like I was never sick. I'm... cured." The kids were silent before they wall got up and moved towards Tori. I moved away as they hugged her. They opened their arms towards me. We ended up in a family hug. When we pulled away the other kids went up to hug Tori.
