AN: Drew and Athena make appearances. Also, Sabaton just released the English version of Livgardet- the Royal Guard! Before you read this chapter, you need to listen to Livgardet/The Royal Guard!
Time: Next Morning
It was almost midday by the time Percy decided that he had to do something about the last two.
Hestia's softness, her warm, comforting, sympathizing eyes still lingered on his mind, and he craved to return to her. However, the others had been adamant that he should do this.
He understood their concerns for their sister/daughter, and respected their loyalty.
It did not make the decision any worse to bear.
He needed to confront Drew and Athena.
He had injected a syringe to keep away any nightmares that might come- his arm was still slightly stinging from that- and he had two more hidden in his shorts, just in case. He had Sabaton's latest release- 'The Royal Guard' blasting in his ears to help him.
He was wearing a sleeveless Sabaton 'Heroes' vest, with the band logo on his back. Pale grey shorts hung loosely around his waist, slightly revealing his tanned skin, and his sexy hipbones.
Or so he had been told by many.
The day was as hot and listless as the one before, if not more so. The sun blazed down on the lone tropical island of Ogygia with a fierce intensity that made Percy's hands itch to test out his new power on Apollo. The breeze was hot and humid, and even the pool or the endless sea did not provide any reprieve. The waters were hot to the touch, and everyone was feeling lazy, restricting themselves to the air-conditioned rooms of the house. Even the wildlife of the island was not outside.
The heat itself was enough to make Percy look forward to his coming confrontation with Drew, if only to enjoy the chill of her air-conditioned room, and get out of the hot, long and squeaky clean, hallways.
He vaguely wondered why the gods did not install central air conditioning so that the corridors would be cool, too. Another entry to be added to his increasingly growing list of things to be rectified in the foreseeable future.
He knocked on the elaborate wooden door with curvy floral patterns, a brass doorknob, and a golden nameplate, with the name, 'Drew Tanaka', etched in stylish, cursive letters that was murder to his dyslexic eyes.
He had to wait for a minute before Drew took the initiative to open the door, fearing that the 'barbaric' son of Poseidon would break her precious door down, otherwise.
"What?" She snapped, holding the door ajar.
"May I come in?" He tried to be as polite as possible, trying not to let the hostile snarl tugging at his features overtake his face.
"May I know what the occasion is, to grant me a visit from your divine self?" He didn't know Drew had a sense of humour, however antagonistic she might be to him. Maybe she could be salvaged, after all.
"I have been sent to collect the list dictating me as to what things I might need to retrieve for your convenience. Personal items, and such."
"Finally." Drew opened the door completely, allowing him entrance. "Let thy noble cause not be postponed any further than necessary!"
Percy gritted his teeth at her needless antagonizing, before he stepped through.
His eyes immediately assaulted by a barrage of bright colours- yellow, pink, orange and blue and green, blending into each other, and making him feel woozy.
