Humahangos na bumaba si Kai sa kanyang kotse matapos nitong malaman mula kay Martha na wala si Maddie sa kanyang rest house.

"D*mn it Maddie!!" he hissed angrily at malakas na sinipa ang main door ng rest house niya that made everyone gasped because of shockness.

He saw Martha, Eros, and Mira on the living room together with Carl and Avery. They are staring at him and fear is evident on their faces right now. He hissed again at mahinang minura ang sarili. Hindi niya gustong magalit pero hindi niya maiwasan. D*mn it. He's f*cking worried about Maddie's situation right now. Where is she by the way. He can't track her and that means, hindi pa napipindot ni Maddie ang red button sa kanyang relo kaya wala silang magawa para ma-track ito.

He's been on their main base making a plan but Martha called him, telling him that Maddie is nowhere to be found.

He's not that stupid to think that maybe she went somewhere to relax because Maddie is not that kind of person.

Kasunod ni Kai na pumasok sa living room ay sina Zach at Axel na tila hindi na rin mapakali.

"I told her not to do something stupid!! She's really hardheaded lady!! D*mn it!!" bulyaw niya habang ang lahat naman ay nakatingin lang sa kanya. Walang umiimik dahil takot sila na baka mabuntunan ng galit niya.

His friends know him very well. Kapag galit ito ay ayaw niyang may umaawat sa kanya. He know it. Maddie is just the only one who can calm him just by telling him to stop. Ano bang ginawa ni Maddie sa kanya at nagkaganito siya. And now, he's angry because Maddie did not listen to him pero mas nanaig ang pagmamahal at pag-aalala niya para sa kaligtasan ng babaeng mahal niya. Nasaan ba ito ngayon!!

Muli siyang napamura nung maisip na maraming properties ang pagmamay-ari ng uncle niya sa iba't ibang sulok ng Pilipinas at hinding-hindi niya agad mahahanap si Maddie kung saan man siya dinala ng uncle nito. But, how did Maddie escape from his guards and all the cctv's on his rest house. F*cking sh*t! He don't know what to think anymore!!

Madaling araw na and here they are, still thinking where did Maddie go. Kung sakaling tumakas ito para puntahan ang uncle niya, saang mansion na pagmamay-ari ng uncle niya ito pumunta? There. They need to find the first mansion where did Maddie go.

"Zach, check all the cctv's and Axel, ask all the guards how the hell Maddie escape from them!!" he command them while massaging his temple. Even though he's still tired because of his jobs, Maddie will always be his first priority. 

Her happiness, her needs, and her safety. He really need to find Maddie. He took a deep breath before typing something on his loptop. Bakit ba hindi pa pinipindot ni Maddie and red button sa relo nito. Imposibleng hindi niya ito suot dahil isa sa pinaka-importanteng utos ni Kai sa kanya ay huwag niyang huhubarin ito and if ever she needs a help or back-up, she just need to click that red button so that Kai would able to track where she is but it's already 5 in the morning but they still can't track her.

Kai's forehead furrowed and glanced on Martha.

"Anong oras kayong nagising?" saad niya sa ina-inahan ni Maddie habang napapabuntong-hininga. He saw her swollen eyes because he guest she cried hard when she found out that Maddie is not around.

"Mga nasa bandang alas tres ako nagising pero sina Eros at Mira ay mas maaga pa kumpara sa'kin dahil palagi silang tumatabi kay Maddie ng madaling araw kaya sila ang unang nakaalam na nawawala si Maddie" sagot sa kanya ni Martha.

He shooked his head after hearing those words. Sunod ay tumingin siya sa gawi nina Mira at Eros. They cousins but they look like a couple. Napangisi siya at umiling sa sarili. Ano bang iniisip niya. Magkatabi kasi ang dalawa at magkahawak ang kamay. Mira is sobbing silently while Eros is on his usual serious facial expression. Walang mababakas na kahit anong emosyon but Kai is just too good to notice something on him. Even though he's hiding his real feelings towards them, he can see that Eros is worried about his big sister.
