Gaby will be 20 at the start at the book and 28 at the end.
Backstory
Gaby was born in Liverpool but she moved to Serville (in Spain) when she was 14 with her mum due to a difficult divorce with her dad. Therefore she still has a slight scouse accent and speaks fluent English but can also speak fluent Spanish. She moved to Benidorm when she was 18 to get a job in travel industry. She got a job at the Solana assuming it would only be a short term job but after 2 years she's still there.
Personality
Normally, she is friendly and respectful towards the families at the Solana, unless they're rude then she will talk back with the same energy. If anyone ever says anything offensive (especially if it's sexist) she will probably threaten to kill them. When she's with her coworkers she speaks to them like she would her friends (because they are). She considers Mateo her best friend. They look out for each other but also tease each other all the time. She has a list of all the women Mateo has slept with.
