Waking up the next morning, I had to lay for a minute and replay everything from the night before. I instantly found myself smiling. I grabbed my phone and checked through my messages and notifications. Going to my photos I saw all of the pictures demi and I took. For about two minutes I just stared at the one of her kissing my cheek. "Okay i gotta." I thought to myself. I made the picture my lockscreen. Like I had to.

Do I text her? Is that weird? Will she text me? I went back and forth for awhile while I got out of bed and went in the shower. Coming out with a towel wrapped around me, I checked my phone again, and there were no new messages. Only from David reminding me my photo shoot was in three hours and that I need to be there in one to get ready.

"Okay. You can do this. Just text her. What's the worse that can happen? She doesn't respond. That's it." I told myself. I went to my messages and opened up the conversation from last night, and smiled to myself rereading it.

"Hey you! Goodmorning! I hope you have a great day today!"

Okay. That was good, right? Not lengthy, right to the chase.

I walked over to my closet and put on black ripped jeans, and a red crop top that said "baby girl" on it in white writing. As I started to brush my hair, I heard my phone go off. I walked over to check it and instantly heart did a flip.

"Hey, thank you! Pretty boring day today I can't lie. What are you up to today?"

She's engaging in a conversation this is a good sign, right?

"I have a photoshoot at 2 today, but other than that I'm probably going to wing the rest of my day haha"

"That's exciting! And by "wing it" are you just going back to your apartment?" She sent. Okay no need to call me out damn.

"I- yeah. That sounds about right" I said back.

"Lol, well how about we go on an adventure today. Because I'm sure you haven't actually been able to explore since you got here. I know some places."

Okay Jade. This is not a date. She's not asking you out. She's being friendly. Nothing more. Say yes.

"Omg yes please! That'd be amazing!!"

"Okay great! Send me the address of your photoshoot and I'll come pick you up and we'll be off :)"

I sent her the address, and she sent me another smiley face along with "thank you. I'm excited!"

"Me too! See you later bubs" I sent back.

I put on sneakers, and grabbed my purse and made sure I had my wallet, phone charger, keys, and phone.

I made myself a smoothie because I was actually a little early. When it was done, I sat on my couch and opened up Instagram. Should I post a picture of me and Demi? I mean, everyone knows I love her I should let the people know.

I looked through the photos, and decided against posting the one of her kissing my cheek, because I know how people would react. I mean, I was a huge fan girl at one point. Had fanpages for people and saw first hand how fans react to posts like this. I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea.

So I decided with just a nice photo of the two of smiling, and captioned it: "met this gem last night. @ddlovato" and tagged demi. Taking a deep breath, I posted the photo.
