"Hey kiddo!" My dad said has be embraced me in a hug when I walked out of the airport. I hugged him back, and brought my things into the car and sat in the front.

I had gotten an earlier flight, so it was only 1pm. I didn't sleep much last night, but I took a great nap on the plane so I was pretty energized.

"So, what happened?" My dad asked carefully in the car. I sighed to myself, and felt my tears starting to come back.

24 hours ago, Demi and I were together. Everything was okay.

"Um... things were just done that can't be changed, and can't be forgiven right now." I said.

"I'm sorry. I really liked her. Maybe you guys will find your way back to each other."

I cringed slightly at my dad calling Demi her, but I remembered Demi has yet to publicly come out, so I don't want to do that for them.

"I don't know, dad."

"How long are you going to be staying?" My dad asked, gesturing to how many bags I have in the back. I shrugged my shoulders.

"I don't know, maybe two weeks? this is everything I packed last night when I felt Demi's."

"Are you moving out?"

I slowly nodded my head. My dad sighed and then just kept driving. About 20 minutes later, we were arrived at my old house.

After settling in and speaking to my dad and Amanda, I decided to go out and visit some old friends.

I haven't checked my phone at all since last night, only to text my dad when to pick me up.

My notifications were crazy, Demi and I were trending, and I began to read the headlines.

"Demi Lovato And Jade Rivers Breakup: What Really Happened?"

"Fans Distraught After News About  Demi Lovato And Jade Rivers Split."

"Did Demi Cheat? More Info About Demi Lovato And Jade Rivers Breakup Out."

I put my head into my hands and felt a sob escape my lips. I sat and cried for a few minutes when I heard my phone go off. I rolled my eyes and looked at the message.

Demi: where are you staying? i want to talk to you.

Me: I'm in Chicago.

Demi: oh. For how long?

Me: I don't know.

Demi: okay. let me know when you're back, please.

Me: fine.

I put my phone down and once i did my phone went off again. I felt myself becoming angry and rolled my eyes as I picked up my phone once more, but this time it wasn't Demi.

Liv: drinks still? Unless you're too tired then I completely understand.

Me: no, let's do it. i'll come out by you this time. do you mind if i crash at your place then?

Liv: of course not. wanna do like 9?

Me: 9 is perfect. Send me your address. I'll see you then.

And with that, Liv sent me her address.

It was 3 now, and I should probably start getting ready around 7 so I can make it to her place on time.

I went down stairs and explained to my dad my plan for tonight, and talked to him and amanda for about a half hour before deciding that I wanted to take a nap.
