The white hallways of WICKED were empty, just full of blaring sirens as the sound of the metal doors closing could be heard. They frantically ran down another hallway, searching for any possible exit but bumped into a WICKED guard once they opened another door.

He watched Minho quickly shoot the guard in the chest, exploding with paralysing tasers as he fell onto the floor.

"Come on! There's more of them." Minho shouted, as he gestured towards the end of the hallway. More WICKED guards could be seen coming this way, their hurried footsteps echoing as they looked for the intruders. Minho instinctively kept his large shotgun aimed in their direction as they desperately looked around for some sort of exit from this hallway.

His brown eyes quickly landed on another lab room, keeping them hidden for a while.
"This way!" He shouted back, running towards the door as he briefly felt Minho following him.

Minho barricaded the door with the metal cupboard, sweat dripping down their foreheads as they breathed heavily in exhaustion. The lab room looked evacuated and messy with medical supplies over the floor, the windows all broken.

Thomas silently stared at the girl in his arms, feeling so relieved she was safe as he felt her warmth pressed against his body. She was so mesmerising, her dark raven hair sprayed across his forearms and soft pink lips brushed against his chest.

He wished he could stare into her beautiful blue eyes, finding her still asleep as he gently pushed a loose strand of her raven hair behind her ear.

"Why isn't she waking up?" Minho whispered, concerned as he watched Thomas softly caress her cheek. He thought she would be awake by now if the doctor did his job right as he stared at the sleeping girl. The same thought swirled in Thomas's mind, briefly wondering if they purposely did this to her as his brown eyes darkened at WICKED.

Quiet groans quickly broke the silence, the girl's blue eyes opened and unknowingly clutched his uniform. All heads snapped to her, watching her slowly blink and take in her surroundings.

Teresa felt like she was waking up from a deep sleep, her vision slightly blurring as a bright light from the end of the tunnel slammed into her face. She groaned painfully, her head pounding as she faintly felt a familiar warmth pressed against her.

Her blue eyes instantly filled with unshed tears, not fully understanding as she looked up and found herself being carried in the arms of a WICKED guard. She tried shifting out of his strong arms, feeling his hold quickly tighten as she whimpered in fear.

"Please don't hurt me...." Teresa whispered, softly as she felt flowing tears stream down her cheeks.

There was silence filling the air again as loud voices could be heard in the distance. She felt him gently wipe her tears with his thumb, making her stare at him confused. His face was covered with a tinted helmet and dressed in WICKED guard uniform as he placed her feet on the ground.

"I would never hurt you, Teresa...."The man whispered back, softly as he slowly lifted his helmet off his head. His soothing words and familiar voice made her stunned and frozen as she stared back at soft brown eyes. Thomas.

Tears stained her pale skin, vigorously streaming down her face as she flung herself into his arms. He was here. She desperately clung to his chest, burrowing into his warmth as she clutched his uniform. He breathed in shakily before wrapping his arms around her small waist and buried his face into her soft raven hair.

"Tom....I missed you...." She muttered, softly as she happily breathed in his presence.
"Me too...."He murmured, softly as he pressed a light kiss on her head in bliss.

"We have to stop meeting like this...." She whispered, quietly as she sighed into his soothing touch. He chuckled at her words, tears filling his brown eyes as he gently stroked her hair. The two stayed wrapped up in each other's arms, finally reunited as the outside world became distant and silent.

Unaware, Minho smirked at Thomas and Teresa forgetting he was here with them as he was used to this happening back in the glade. He honestly was happy that they were now together again, Thomas could stop being a depressed shank and finally get some happiness.

He deserved it after all they went through. Minho coughed loudly, breaking them from their private bubble as he snickered at Thomas's annoyed expression.

"I'm glad your awake, Teresa." Minho spoke, quietly as he saw her head turn towards him.
"Thank you, Minho. For keeping him out of trouble." Teresa responded, softly as she gestured back towards Thomas. She hoped she could amend the tainted friendship between them again.

"Someone has to." Minho answered, smirk still on his face as he briefly saw her smile at him. He noticed Thomas frown at their words, causing him to laugh into his gloved hand.

Teresa giggled at Thomas's adorable grumpy face, making Thomas smile at the sweet sound of her laugh. He couldn't wait to live the rest of his life with her, in paradise.

Sudden loud banging against the door interrupted the moment, causing their heads to turn towards the noise. They heard heavy thuds of movement as the metal cupboard barricading the door started failing and scraped against the floor.

"We need to go now!" Minho shouted, alarmed as he raised his large shotgun towards the door. Teresa instinctively ran behind Thomas, feeling safer with him as her body trembled in fear. She didn't want to return to that dark void of sleep, her hands slightly shaking as she clutched the back of his uniform.

Thomas frantically looked around the lab, protectively keeping her close as his brown eyes landed on the broken windows and stared down at the pool below them.

"Our only option is to jump." He shouted back, adrenaline rushing through his body as he tightened his hold on her small hand. Teresa also looked down at the high jump, realising he was right as she meekly nodded in agreement.

"Don't let go, Teresa." Thomas whispered, quietly as he felt her squeeze his hand in reply. He saw Minho run toward them as he ran out of ammo on his large shotgun and heard more rapid banging. They nervously glanced at the door, the barricade crashing onto the floor as they quickly jumped out of the window.

Teresa felt the wind hit her face, her hand still secured in Thomas's hold as her head became submerged underwater. She briefly heard Thomas and Minho land into the water with a loud splash, spotting their bodies underwater.

They all quickly swam up to the surface, their lungs demanding for air. Coughs and gasps filled the silence, wiping the water off their face as they took in their surroundings.

Teresa slowly released her hand from Thomas's hold, breathing shakily as she wiped her raven hair from her face. She quickly noticed Thomas flipping the middle finger at someone, his head craned up at the broken window as his brown eyes darkened in anger.

She also looked up, her face twisted into a shocked look as she saw Janson sneering down at them. Disbelief clouded her blue eyes, he was supposed to be dead as she saw him get attacked by cranks. It wasn't possible.
