The sky was dark and gloomy, the sun already disappeared as silence filled the air. He was stirred awake to the trembling body enclosed in his strong arms, small whimpers escaped her mouth as he stared at her with worried brown eyes. Icy water was doused across his back, feeling sorrow and pain flooding his mind.

It wasn't his emotions he was feeling but someone else's. Teresa. Sweat ran down her forehead, her body trembling against his chest as she tightly clutched his shirt. Glistening tears streamed down her cheeks, escaping from her closed eyes as she breathed shakily.

Concern overcame Thomas's face, realising she was having a nightmare and desperately wanted to comfort her. His hand softly caressed her cheek, feeling her unknowingly lean into his touch as he protectively tightened his hold on her small waist, keeping her close.

His actions slowly calmed her, feeling her body stop trembling as her breathing turned normal again. Her face was relaxed now, her watery blue eyes slowly opening as she stared up at him.
"You ok, Teresa?" Thomas muttered, softly as he continued to caress her cheek. His chest ached at the tears in her beautiful blue eyes, knowing she was holding them back.

She meekly nodded, pressing a light kiss over his heart as she let out a shaky breath.
"Do you want to talk about it?" He whispered, softly as he ran his fingers through her dark raven hair.
"Instead of me dying on that rooftop, it was you...." She muttered under her breath as a leaked tear escaped her blue eyes. The thought of Thomas dying terrified her, something she dreaded.

"I'm here. You saved me, Teresa...." He whispered, quietly as he gently wiped her tear away with his thumb.
"I'll do anything to keep you safe. Even if I look like the bad guy...." She whispered, softly as she tightly laced her fingers with his.
"I know...." He muttered in a barely audible voice as he gently squeezed her hand. He understood now, how much she was trying to protect him back then.

Thomas pressed a soft kiss on her head, their entwined hands on his chest as they relaxed into each other. She buried her face back into his chest, his steady heartbeat soothing her to a dreamless sleep. He slowly looked down at her, finding her asleep once again as he softly smiled at her. She looked adorable in her sleep.

He gently tucked a loose strand of her soft raven hair behind her ear, making sure she wasn't getting any more nightmares. His brown eyes held a soft glimmer, noticing she was clinging onto him and rested his head against hers in bliss. He would protect her too, just like she protected him.

The forest was windy with its leaves rustling in the breeze as faint sounds of the birds could be heard in the distance. The twigs crunched under their running footsteps behind them. It was the day before the wedding as he and Minho were on a final run, making sure their home was safe enough for another day off.

Thomas quickly spotted the same tree that held good memories of both him and Teresa, making him wonder what the blue eyed beauty was doing right now. He smirked, remembering the heated kiss they shared this morning as she happily thanked him for last night with her soft pink lips.

He could live and dwell in her intoxicating pink lips as he remembered one kiss turning into two kisses which lead to him greedily ravishing her neck, her moans filling his ears. It was the knock on the door and an eyes covered Minho who made them snap out of their lovestruck trances.

"So you ready for your big day, shank?" Minho spoke, cheekily as he glanced at Thomas.
"I am...." He muttered, softly as a small smile grew on his face. His heart felt lighter, knowing he and Teresa would be tied to each other forever tomorrow.

"I'm happy for you, you ugly shank. You deserve this." Minho whispered, quietly as he patted Thomas's shoulder. He was honestly glad his best friend found happiness after all he went through.

"I'm a lucky man...." He whispered, softly as he glanced at Minho with a small smile. He knew after tomorrow, no one could separate him and Teresa ever again.
